[ The video opens up on Della, who waves a little awkwardly. ]

Hey, guys! Hope everyone's doing okay after the whole... ink tentacle disaster... thing. That was. A lot. And, uh, well, during that, I kind of lost my leg. And by kind of I mean definitely.

[ She moves the device down - she's sitting down on a couch, and shows her one normal leg, and her other leg that ends at a stump above the knee. She then realizes how she made that sound, and swiftly pulls the camera back to her face. ]

NOT A FLESH LEG! I forgot not everyone knows about that... Oops. A-hem.

I had a metal prosthetic leg made out of rocket-ship parts and Oxy-chew. If possible, I'd love to have it back, so if anyone goes deep-sea diving and happens to come across it, I'd owe you forever and a half. I'm kind of attached to it... well, not literally at the moment. It's sentimental.

But I'm not the type to sit back and wait stuff out, so! More importantly! I'm here asking for anyone who knows where I can get another leg? Any special shops or such that specialize in such a thing? I'm not asking for anything fancy - so long as I can move around, I'm happy.

Ohhh, oh. That's not really helpful, is it?

[ she's not trying to be mean! just agreeing that that makes things complicated. but she winces, realizing how that could be taken. ]

If you want, I can go diving as a whale or something and see if I find anything. I've been meaning to test out some swimming forms here. Even if you don't know exactly where it is, if you know some cluster of islands or something, I can start searching there. It might take me a while, but I'll try!

Or if there's another way I can help, I will. Do you need a ride places? I could wild shape into Minxie again and you could hop on for a ride!

Much as I appreciate the offer, another complication is... it was during the whole 'ink monster tentacle craziness' deal. Hopefully the waters have been de-inked and are safe now, but I wouldn't want you to risk it until everything is one hundred and ten percent confirmed OK. I'd rather lose a leg than lose a friend.

... But the ride is tempting, more for how fast and far you can go than actually needing a ride.

Oh! Oh. Okay, yeah I get that. I mean, maybe my water elemental form wouldn't be affected, but that's not a guarantee. I'll keep an eye out and when it looks safe, I can start looking.

[ listen, that would be fun though... keyleth's face breaks into an interested smile. ]

Well, you did want to see me turn into a dragon one day, right? We could do that, if you want to ride a dragon. I can still fly as fast as I could back home, but there's something... trapping my magic? Some weird limit to how far I can go. I tried flying out as far as I could, flew facefirst into it, fell, and nearly drowned. That was a bad day. But luckily, I can wild shape as many times as I want, so I just turned into an orca and swam back. I think if I avoid that distance specifically, we'll be okay.

[ Della's eyes get wider the more Keyleth describes her ability, even with the limits. It's the closest thing Della has gotten to fly a plane in way too long.

Her hands clasp together, eyes practically glittering. ]

Name your time! I'd be happy to show you anytime. I just need to know so I conserve the spell [ slot ] energy. I can also wild shape into a giant eagle whenever I want and for however long I want. So if the dragon doesn't work out, I can do —
