Have you ever had to reinvent yourself?
I mean, have to might be a bit much, but let's say you get a chance to, and maybe there's some things you want to leave behind, and anything that could've been stopping you before, isn't.
How would you do it?
It just seems like an awkward conversation to have.

I'm concerned they're going to think I'm trying to deceive them, but I'm not and I don't know if it would make any sense out of context, which would mean I'd have to answer questions and I don't know how I feel about that.
No one would probably be half as uncomfortable as I would be, which is kind of the point. Torn between discomfort and something I might want.

Your concern lies with wondering if you can become someone new, now that you are no longer back in your own world?
Well.
If it is something you want then it is something you work towards
Simple as that.
Though I don't know if you should need to go to such lengths?
There was a student at my school who heralded from another realm.
Though they wound up in ours by mistake, they have never bothered to present themselves as anything more than they already were.
Even when it was ill-advised. And something worthy of mockery.
They adapted. They learned our ways. But they never changed.
If anything, I daresay that they ended up becoming the one invoking change in us.
So first, I think I'd ask yourself, who such a reinvention really is for?

I'm not exactly sure who I present myself is actually who I am. I was in a situation where a lot of things were decided on my behalf. It's not really about being in another world. They died. I'd be in the same situation even if I was at home right now.
I just don't know what to do with it.
