Last time I check, there's not a rink to be seen for miles. Maybe we'll get lucky and go from the island of dragons to the island of extreme sports.

Only thing I can think of is skating off the rooftops and grinding on the sides, if you're not afraid of heights.

Heights aren't a problem, but I don't know if people would like it if I went off their roofs.

Well no, but... I dunno, maybe having a friend take you might be different? (And honestly, most of the riftfarers were just thrown randomly on ships, you'd think it'd matter less.)
