I've sparred around with some of my old friends..it's not for everyone, but it's definitely a sort of fun you don't come across that often. Whole new level of trust, especially if you just start dicking around for the fun of it.

We’re from different worlds and I his ability seems a lot more like fictional magic to me, but for him it isn’t. Different worlds is...a lot to take in sometimes. I deal in curses, and cursed energy.

I'm not sure. Maybe. I never learned anything about it, so I don't know.

It does, it can. So what it does is use my cursed energy to influence people. So in innocent terms like, if I laugh, you might laugh. If I agree with something, you might find yourself agreeing even if you don't really think that. So I can't really say much. That and one or two words are all I can manage at a time. There's a strong backlash built in. I curse you, I'm cursing me too.

In combat though, I have commands like stop, don't move, explode, twist and curses will all do those things on my say so. It's far more intentional.

Yeah I’ve always had a phone but I don’t usually use this at home. You can get around okay without saying much. I don’t think my family cares if I can communicate or not. They don’t care what I have to say.

Ha, that would be a neat trick. I probably could make that happen, but I’m not going to. You’re right partly. Even one or two words I’m leaking cursed energy and it is cutting into my vocal cords. I’m used to the pain but on a typical day it does hurt all day, yeah. The more I say the more it hurts. I drink a lot of tea.

It's been okay. I don't spend much time with my clan anyway. They don't talk to me since I'm at school unless they want something.

Uh, well it's any sound. I guess if I was really silent all day, it probably wouldn't hurt at all. I've had ice cream before, but I don't usually keep it on hand. Tea, coffee, that kind of thing.

Milkshakes sound great though!

My cursed energy? No. I can't do that. My friend can though. For injuries, not illness. And my favourite is usually mint at night, but something with lots of caffeine if I have to work. Something like chai is good.
