oh...let me see if I can really put it in words. It's a little different for everyone, I bet, but let's see...

The thing is, I feel happier, when he's around. or even just talking about him. It's kind of a rush, a buzzing feeling--something giddy that sits in my chest.

It's not that I never get mad at him, or upset, or we don't hurt each other. We can. We have. And sometimes it's not something that feels so light--sometimes it's just calm and peaceful, too.

But that giddy feeling comes back all the time--even thinking about him. I feel a little drunk even before having any wine. It's the same feeling I get when a design clicks just right, or when I start a new painting--and I've always had this urge to want to share that with everyone I can. I think most people are like that, and like to talk about the people they love.

Even when it gets objectively pretty silly.
