Oh no, she's not blackmailing me anymore, not for that at least. She only stopped after making my day insufferable and after I paid her back the sum of money for those concert tickets I burnt by accident.

Not to her. Nabiki'd stoop to any low if it meant either making a quick buck, or getting a cheap laugh. Only reason I even paid the stupid debt was cuz she took some photos and made it look like I was gonna do something awful to her. She threatened to show 'em to her family if I didn't cough up the money.
