And even if they are, just because you find her hot doesn't mean everyone will. I can't judge their taste but there's probably at least one person out there who would think she's super ugly.

Or they find her pretty but she looks like their relative or someone else they don't wanna touch that way.

Or they don't realize she's letting them touch her boob and panic because they think she grabbed them to hurt them or something.

And some people have problems with touching anyone! It could be because they're scared or because touching is painful or unpleasant for them.
