Would anyone like some ice cream?

[Currently Enty was doing something with one of her heavier, bomber aircraft. Loading what looked like milk and other items into a compartment onto... one of the wings!?

Anyway, she looked both busy, and giddy at the same time.]

Um... it's a Northrop BT-1 bomber--

--it's not what's going to be making the ice cream. Or, it's going to be part of the process. [An important one for this to work. She moves the camera so the person replying can see the large, 10 gallon, drums with small propellers on them that she had attached to the aircraft.]

These are what's going to hold the ingredients and churn them.

Do you have a reason for creating such a large amount of ice cream?

No, nothing really specific. I just wanted ice cream, and figured others would too.

How much for a scoop and what flavor?

I hadn't thought about how much to charge. So... however much a person feels like?

[It could be free! Though have some form of reimbursement would be nice.]

As for flavors, I currently just have chocolate and vanilla. I can do other flavors, but would need help gathering the ingredients for them.

If I could obtain the ingredients, do you think you could manage rosewater, orange blossom, or some citrus flavor?

[ He could visit the market to see if anything might work. Perhaps some honey to drizzle on the ice cream as well. (He's also going to give something for the ice cream itself) ]

I can, just keep in mind that I only have 10-gallon drums right now. So, you might need a bit for the setup to work.

I can make some smaller drums later, but that would take a bit more time to put together.

Would it not be possible to take a smaller portion of unflavored ice cream to mix in these flavors? It would allow you to experiment with more than just vanilla and chocolate.

That would work, as long as you don't mind the closest to unflavored I will have being vanilla. It would be a lot of fun to experiment and see what works.

I think the vanilla would go well with them.

I should be able to get the ingredients with a trip to the market, and I'll purchase some extra ingredients for anyone else who'd like to try those flavors.

Good, sorry it's going to be about all I'll have as far as plain is concerned.

But yes, thank you for your help. I very much appreciate it... there is also a less complicated way to make ice cream if you'd like to experiment a litte.

There is no need for that. I am familiar with the process. Salt, ice, and agitating the contents to make the cream freeze quicker.

That would be the basic gist of it, yes. I would recommend using two bags for it.

[To be fair, the science of ice cream is a great mystery indeed.]

In any case, all my preparations are finished. I'll be heading on my first ice cream flight here in a moment.
