Hello, and good day- I am Professor Turo for those who I have yet to meet.
This message is more for those of you that also visited Snaxburg Island and either had one of the creatures there follow you off of it, or may have... unfortunately eaten any of them.
[As he spoke, Turo's tone may have remained calm but there was a serious note to it. There did happen to be a Strabby perched on the desk behind him, a pink bow tied around it, which Turo did know was around but didn't know was there at the moment. There was, however, one he did know was going to be in frame.
Held very much like a hamburger he lifted up a BBQ Bunger so that googly eyes were facing the phone's camera.]
I do in fact mean those creatures like this- for those who might not have gone to the island, or even those who may need a reminder. These creatures that are known as Bugsnax are parasitic creatures that only have that nature turn into something dangerous upon being eaten. So again-
[After setting Chipotle the BBQ Bunger back down.]
Do not eat the Bugsnax, they are parasitic in nature upon being consumed.
If you have eaten any of the creatures found on Snaxburg Island, we may need to have a word or more. Please do get in touch.

[Well, that's a bit of body horror Gohan didn't want in his life.]
That's awful! Why would people even want to eat them? Even if they do look kind of tasty...
[Though he does find himself feeling curious about them. Not about eating them, he's been turned off of them after this revelation. But these creatures have some interesting abilities if they're able to cause something like that...]
Have we found any way to help the people affected yet?

[Hell of a story on those stones, and even then it felt like pieces were missing- but what was there had been more than enough to alert to the hidden danger outside of what could have otherwise be seen as some bizarre changes.]
Because of their look, and it seemed as if people became addicted to their taste as hey are the only 'food' source on the island.
[The only other... food being the sauces, which came from actual fruits. Somehow.]
Other than having to wait and let it pass through their systems? I'm afraid not, but with further research I feel that it could be possible.

[Gohan's urge to be helpful and do what's right is kicking in here.]
I know I'm still young, but I'm great at learning, so... If there's research to be done, please let me help out!

[As far as he could remember, that interest and hunt for knowledge always encouraged--]
Currently, during my own time, I will be writing a report that my Captain and I will be handing in to both armadas' MANTA branches- to see if we can get some help in quarantining the island so the potential danger cannot spread easily. Once done I still have hope that small teams well prepared will be allowed on to see what can be learned. If allowed we can certainly see about putting you amongst whatever group.

[So he'll have to wait to help. That's fine. There's always a process when it comes to these things. As much as he wants to do something right away, he has to respect the scientific method.]
Thank you, I'll wait for further news, then.

[Real concern for the entire world, small as the beginnings of it could be- and why he could understand his captains whole dislike of the creatures, not wanting them on the garden-barge attached to the ship. He wasn't entirely sure how the island formed after all-]
Which of course means when that research begins? The more hands and eyes that know the danger, and are willing to work together to keep each other safe during our study- the better, as far as my opinion goes. I look forward to working with you.
