Hello, and good day- I am Professor Turo for those who I have yet to meet.
This message is more for those of you that also visited Snaxburg Island and either had one of the creatures there follow you off of it, or may have... unfortunately eaten any of them.
[As he spoke, Turo's tone may have remained calm but there was a serious note to it. There did happen to be a Strabby perched on the desk behind him, a pink bow tied around it, which Turo did know was around but didn't know was there at the moment. There was, however, one he did know was going to be in frame.
Held very much like a hamburger he lifted up a BBQ Bunger so that googly eyes were facing the phone's camera.]
I do in fact mean those creatures like this- for those who might not have gone to the island, or even those who may need a reminder. These creatures that are known as Bugsnax are parasitic creatures that only have that nature turn into something dangerous upon being eaten. So again-
[After setting Chipotle the BBQ Bunger back down.]
Do not eat the Bugsnax, they are parasitic in nature upon being consumed.
If you have eaten any of the creatures found on Snaxburg Island, we may need to have a word or more. Please do get in touch.

I still don’t know if it was a good idea that we came to the island at all and interacted with them. But Wendy is good at keeping unwanted company away, I can’t say I completely regret that kind of companionship.
That said, I guess we need to figure out a way so our captain doesn’t have the most stoic aneurysm. Since we’re so insistent on having creepily adorable food bugs.

They are just so charming in their own ways.
It is a bit of a double edge- the entire island and ecosystem is fascinating, even if underneath it all it is made of the same thing as the Bugsanx are. The ruins and carvings there tell a fascinating, even if worrying story from what could be pieced together. If interested I have quite a few pictures I can share.
Indeed, and I do understand his worry with all of the animals onboard the ship. Plants as well. The 'collars' with bells can at least be a starting point, given it was a suggestion of his.

Ruins imply people being here that are gone now. Funny how there’s little records until we came around.
I’d say curiosity killed the cat but us sharing this information now makes it feel even crazier.

Indeed. Part of the ruins caved in, which is also how I discovered there is far more to the island itself as well. Many of the records were lost to the sea, and there is quite a bit in the Archives on Elah. They just can not longer completely pull myth from history in some cases.
Satisfaction much have brought it back, to some degree. I am more than happy to share with you everything I found.

Or perhaps she was getting used to the sea life enough to find even the slightest joy deep underneath cautionary laziness. Mainly because it was intellectually stimulating at times like this.
Nah, that would be crazzzy.]
To think all they needed were a bunch of involuntary sea dogs to do the digging. Fancy that.
It’s me, I’m involuntary sea dog. I’d like to see what you found.
And hell, I’ll take a bell. Maybe I’ll deliver a peace pizza to the captain too just to smooth it over so everyone is super dandy.

I've quite a few notebooks filled with sketches and information picked up from watching- along wit pictures on the shellphone itself. A few of them towards the end might be on the disturbing side.
I will be using a shade of purple and red twine in braids with mine- there are a few colors to pick from if you would like one in particular to help attach the bell. The idea couldn't hurt, I'm sure.
