His ears taper into delicate points, too, and his eyes are the color of rich amber. When he speaks, he is accustomed to being listened to and obeyed.

{His low voice brooks no argument and his expression is cold. He is difficult to read in the best of circumstances and his current predicament doesn't necessarily signify anything good.}

Even a housewife... {It's hilarious to hear him say that word!} must defend herself in a foreign land. You cannot solely rely on your husband or anyone else.

Ah, that's true... I do know some self defense though. I needed to know at least that much to make sure my younger brother was safe when we were kids.
