My usual method for acquiring nourishment... {i.e. eating.} ...is not possible. I do not have a palate for human food nor does it do me any good. I can survive for some time without sustenance, but not forever.

{He should share what he eats, shouldn't he?}

I don't know if it would work but I have a spell that can summon a special feast through magic. Its different from mundane food and is meant to bolster you before a hard fight. Since its produced with magic... it might be like your soul energy?

I suppose I must try other options. {He is off to kill big monsters just in case that works.} I do not require much.

I suppose that does make some amount of sense. The strong eat the weak happens in nature all the time.

[The drow smiles, looking pleased that he accepted her offer.]

I will say that I cannot control the amount of food I summon. But what ever doesn't get eaten dissipates after a while so no harm done. Is this an emergency situation where you need it now?

[Koh barely had to time to get her place ready to receive guests when she decided to poke her head outside. You know, to keep an eye out for the demon incase he needed help finding her place. But when she swung open her door, there was a man already there, waiting. The drow's eyes fluttered.]

Woah... that was... fast. Please, come on in. [She scooted to the side, leaving enough room for him to pass.] Its not much but please make yourself at home.

[The interior of the small home was dimly lit with all the curtain drawn. There wasn't a lot of personal touches except for a few stacks of books and a stuffed dog on the main table.]

{His expression doesn't twitch in the least upon seeing her surprise. He is quick - that is normal for him. If someone were to call him slow, that would bother him.}

...mm. {He nods and enters the home, glancing around briefly before his gaze rests on the stuffed dog. Huh.}

Aren't you a little old for toys? {This is his way of being curious, it's nothing personal.}

[Koh smiles as she walks over to the dining room to where the toy sat. Seemingly up bothered by his comment, she removed it from the table to hold it in her arms. Too old... Says the man who was like what? 400?]

I got this as a gift for some human holiday. I thought it was rather sweet. Did you not receive anything from a 'Santa Claus'?

[Koh walked over to him to give his chest plate a light tap.]

[She flashed him a quick teasing smile before she turns to face the table.]

{Walls? He has some of the tallest walls in existence. But he also has a habit of leaving small openings in them sometimes.}

[For some reason, Koh had a feeling that wasn't the truth but she let's him have his little lie. She just gave a little snort, shaking her head.]

[If we want to talk about being heartless, it was beaten into her people never to show kindness. But here she is, the outlayer...]

[The drow closed her eyes as she focused inward like she had always done before to call upon her faith. If truth be told, this is the first time she had any reason to use her magic so she hoped she wasn't about to make a fool out of herself.

Moving her hands in practiced form, a green aura began to glow all around her. With one quick flick of her hands the aura erupted is a shower of glittering flecks of light. Her once bare tabled was suddenly bursting with a feast that could feed whole dinner party. Anything you could ever want was there, from roasted meats to delectable sweets.

Koh eyes slowly opened to stare at the table with slight surprise. It... it worked! I mean... of course it worked. She didn’t doubt herself for a second.]

See? Easy as pie.

[She walked up to the table to pick up a slice. ~~She's so funny~~]

[For all his bluster, he looked ravenous as he bit down on the bit of food. Though she kept her teasing thought to herself... for now. For a moment, she watched him eat in wordlessly with an eager look on her face as if waiting to hear his thoughts on her 'cooking'.

After he got a few bites in she broke the silence.]
