sooooo
the storm at the tundra is lessening
it's still violent don't go near it!!!
but yeah it's now... a little less?
i want to know what's on the other side but
it's not a natural storm
someone put it there for a reason
and i don't like it

to all the lizard souls out there who thought melting in the desert would be fun for some reason
i wanna know what you found there
was the place creepy too?
i mean more than the default
like... corrupted?

also if anyone else got visions while exploring
i wanna know what you got too
the tundra used to be a happy place
and i wanna find whatever transformed it into little igloo of horrors

When I held one of the crystals, I saw a vision of people engaged in a race with snow vehicles.

snow vehicles?
i thought riftfarers brought technology

i also saw two visions of happier times in that tundra
does this mean it happened more recent than i thought?
i assumed they were visions from ~~~~centuries ago before some calamity from legends~~~~

I don't know. Fortunes can change in the blink of an eye.

What I can at least say is that I've not seen anything remotely resembling that level of technology yet. Although they are certainly getting there.

From the crystal I gathered, I saw a tall shadow wielding a black spear against one of the wolf folk. The wolf said the shadow was supposed to be dead. Then, she was stabbed, frozen and dragged into the ice by more shadows.

Based on that, those shadows are at least part of the cause.

[The answer takes a couple of minutes to arrive. Jack is dealing with the mental image, especially when he realizes what happened to the folk that he saw in his own visions... what may be happening to the cave spirits now.]

the visions i got were full of joy
the sprites on the lake had joy magic too
they were weak
but not gone?
these shadows...
whatever they did i don't think they finished it

This does seem a more recent development because the wolf folk are still present but not thriving. A wolf is normally a hunter, but on the tundra, they were more like the hunted. And not just by the shadows I saw in the vision.

I did not get the impression that joy was easily obtained for them.

[ This world is strange and defies expectation many times, but it still seems a reversal for the natural order of things. ]

I'd steer clear of the Coliseum though.

The crystal that I found appeared to depict a celebration of some sort taking place: fireworks, hot air balloons, music, people cheering. I didn't see anything with a name indicating what was being celebrated, but it looks like it was a happy occasion.
