[Hiro tinkers, messing around with a....glove? that looks to be using the magitech available here. He tests it out, standing and jumping to test out his boots as well, to see if it helps him jump higher, along with the gloves working to create what looks like some sort of barrier. He grins as he lands, laughing and fist-pumping the air before giving Baymax a fist-bump.]

Alright! I think it's getting there! Yes! I've been working on this for a bit, trying to figure out a new suit here. Since my other one is still back home, I've been trying to figure out something that works here, with what we have. If anyone else wants me to make something or fix something, I can give it a go too. I want to help out where I can.

You do know you could get your other suit, right? Not that I'm gonna tell you to stop making stuff ever.

I'm so gonna be requesting a lot of stuff from you. Old Beardy Cid was confused about what a printer was! Can you believe it?

I could. At least I know this one will work here. And it's cooler. My other one was mostly to help keep me attached to Baymax when he flew.

[Hiro chuckles and shakes his head at that. He likes Cid but some around here were not as in the know with technology.]

Yeah, but I mean. He didn't have a printer back home.

Baymax can fly?! You gotta lead with that, Hiro! Now we all gotta go flying together. I'm gonna write this down so I don't forget.

[ She really is reaching for a journal and pencil to write it down. Then flops dramatically over her bed. ]

I knoooooooow! No matter how much I tried to explain it, he just couldn't get it. Now I have friend I can go "hey, can you build this, because Cid's stumped" with. Think of all of the awesome things we could introduce to this world!

He can't here. I gotta figure his suit. Either get his one from home or make a new one. But yeah, I added rockets to his feet. And one of his fists too, along with the wings.

[He says, explaining and maybe even doing a quick drawing as an example. Baymax in the red armour, the wings, Hiro in the purple on his back.]

I can try teach him some. Depending on what I can figure getting from home. Powering it. Might have to kinda adapt it a little, like with Baymax's charger.

The minute he's got flying power, you call me. I can at least play catch for any tests you need to run.

[ She can just scoop up fluffy marshmallow and tech boy if something goes wrong in her dragon form. ]

I did give him a notebook of stuff and explained it the best I could, I dunno if he's made anything from it yet.

Heh. I can let you know. I'll work on something for him next. Definitely with the boots.

[And wings. It's just easier to get around, quicker, with Baymax being able to fly. And having Nimona around would help. Maybe she might have some ideas, or could at least play support while he tinkers.]

He's doing his best. This is probably quite different from what he was used to back home, I guess.

Is Baymax waterproof? Just curious, what with us living on the sea most of the time and all.

[ She won't dunk him in the water, but... there may be times she misses or something. ]

I know, but it's nice having someone around that actually understands the same level of tech I'm used to. Especially someone who could build it.

Uh. He seemed fine when we accidentally drove off the docks one time?

[But. Probably still not a great idea to test that. In having him immersed in water for long. Just in case. He probably wouldn't be so cautious about it if they were back home and he had more access to everything, just in case he had to make repairs or the like.]

Heh. Yeah. I get it.

Now I'm kinda sad you guys missed the mermaid stuff. I would've paid money to see Baymax changed by the magic and be half-merbot.

[ Not like she uses her money for much else. Baymax probably would have been fine... probably. ]

Does your world have flying cars and such? Or just like planes and helicopters?

Mermaids? Haa. No. I mean, we have cars, but they don't fly. We have planes and helicopters for flying.

[The image of a merBaymax is kind of funny, though. Hiro can't help but to chuckle at that.]

Yeah! There was a special spell or something that changed everyone into mermaids and we got to explore the ocean together. There's a whole fishpeople society under the waves. [ Right? MerBaymax would be awesome. ]

Booooo, why is my world one of the only ones that has flying cars?

And here I thought mermaids or whatever were just fairytales. I guess I shouldn't be surprised by this place. The magic or whatever.

[Hiro shrugs, looking almost sheepish in apology at the lack of flying cars.]

The concept of them has been around for decades, even back home? We just haven't gotten to making it work? If that helps?

We've got all kinds of birdpeople, it only makes sense that we have fishpeople too. This world has got all kinds of people and I like it!

[ Clearly this is what Hiro should do someday. At least a flying scooter or bike. Though flying robot is kind of a step in that direction. ]

Maybe people will see your flying robot and go "we should make flying transporation".

I guess. Yeah. People came here from all over. Not too surprising, there's all sorts.

[He chuckles at the idea of Baymax encouraging others. Tadashi had probably intended to make more. Have lots of Baymax's in hospitals or clinics to help the nurses and doctors. Hiro had his own ideas of how he could use Baymax to help.]

You showed up during our trip to peacockfolk island. I remember that.

[ The casino where they bet on seahorse racing. Not just Baymax, Hiro too. Since it was his idea to get the bot flying and they usually go together. ]

Right? Like I know we gotta have somewhere to land, but these could've been flying ships or something.

Yeah, the casino and stuff. But yeah. There's gonna have to be some spots to land. Especially if we figured it with getting the ships to fly....Which wouldn't be impossible. Just would take more work. Baymax just needs thrusters, the ships might need a bit more oomf.

[He could probably figure plans for something. He was in the process of figuring a new suit for Baymax, and helping Turo out. But maybe after that stuff. He could probably try some ideas.]

If it's a flying boat, you could totally set down in the water. You should totally make a flying boat, even just a small personal one. You could charge people for rides and they'd get to experience flying!

[ Nimona would totally help him, even if she'd be a non-tech assistant situation. Only able to hand him tools - she could feed him and make him take breaks, or at least reinforce the boat. ]

Hm. Charging for a flight. That's smart thinking. Yeah. Get some money for it.

[Hiro is used to being motivated by money. The whole reason he hustled at his bot games. Plus, it was hilarious how everyone underestimated him and how easy it was for him to manipulate them. To be able to get the most cash out of them as he could. He's better about that than he was. He still can't say no to doing his part to contribute. To pay for his part in getting supplies or food or the like, at least.]

It could fund all your other projects! That you can then put on sale for even more money. You'd probably be the youngest businessman in Escordvi.

[ And fund his gummy bear snack habit. Money doesn't really matter to Nimona, but she makes a pretty penny working with her dad and at the ship bar and tavern - alongside all of the quests. ]

I guess. It's something to think about. If I make one, then figure more for others to use to take people out. Getting a cut.....that could work.

[Build the first as a test, a prototype, and go from there. Make more depending on demand, perhaps. It isn't like this would be the first or last time he would be the youngest whatever, anyway.]

[Hiro could at least appreciate that she was willing to help out like that. And, of course, he'd pay her for the trouble of delivering whatever he might need. Supplies, more likely. He'd have to be pretty absorbed in his work to resort to asking her for snacks to be delivered.]

[ They can even deliver heavy stuff! Both her and Cloud are super strong so if it can go on a boat, they can deliver it. And snacks are a must, of course. ]

No better time to plan than now! Those business licenses do cost some money, after all. Gotta figure out if you're going to sell some easy-to-make stuff or go custom-only or a mix of both.

I'll think about it. I feel like I'd need a bit more of a plan to start something or get a license or whatever.

[ That all seemed like a lot of work. Hiro was happy just helping out where he could with fixing or making things for people. That's enough for him so far. While doing his own projects on the side. For now.]
