[ The video opens to... the ceiling? With a fair bit of commotion in the background. Voices can be heard near the vicinity of the shellphone, suggesting its user is nearby, before an irritated sigh booms from the side. ]

—Why's it such a big deal, anyway!? It doesn't matter!

[ The jostled device shifts as a hand seems to reach for the camera, only for it to be snatched away just as small fists attempt to clamp themself around it.

Another sigh, but this time from a much younger voice.

"Aw, don't be like that, dad! It's your birthday! Just lettem know!"

There's a loud "tsk!" that follows, and long white hair flashes across the screen before the scene moves again. Almost as if... he had climbed on something? Higher? The world below looks a little smaller, but with that clarity comes the beaming face of Moroha. Her half scowling, half smiling face indicting her motives quite clearly.

"It's a big deal! Tell'em or I'll do it for you...!" ]

H- hey! Back up! Don't touch that—

[ .... Annnnd a "thunk!" followed by the shellphone toppling to the ground as Moroha sweeps in and scoops it up.

"Haaaappy birthday! Make sure to say it to'em, too—" ]

Morohaaaaaa!!

[ Before more rustling and the feed cuts off— ]

It's just any 'ol day! Everyone's got a birthday, so what makes it so special?

It's special because it's a day that you can make all about you! Isn't that good?

No it's annoying! People gushing 'bout you all day long and not givin' you a moment's peace! I don't want that!

Huh? Why not?

[Sora, this extrovert, couldn't possibly understand why anyone would ever want to be left alone. Especially on their birthday. Shouldn't people want attention and to feel special?]

I already said why! It's annoying! It's embarrassing!

But why is it annoying and embarrassing! I don't get it.

It's nice to have a day that's all about you. You get to do whatever you want and you can see all your friends and family. And they get a chance to tell you how much they love you too! Just like your daughter just did by helping you with this. Right?

[ Hit him with the daughter card......... dammit Sora.

Inuyasha seems to visibly deflate at that comment, roughly jerking his head away from the camera. ]

Maybe!? I guess!? That doesn't mean it's not ridiculous!

[ HE'S LITTLE FACE IS BLUUUUSHING ]

She could've just said it to me! Not everyone else!

Sometimes that's how people show they care! It's the big gesture that counts, you know?
