You’re all feeling these brands and marks on your hands, aren’t you? Can’t get close to certain people? Can’t hug them? Seriously?

There’s gotta be someone out there who has a potion or a magic spell or something to make them go away. Come on, where are you? Let’s figure this out as soon as possible. Hey?

There is no solution (?). Leviathan magic is just that strong. But he can still publicly complain about it.]

Tis not myself that I worry for, love. The discomfort pales in comparison to other occurrences I had to manage another lifetime ago. Were it not for the pained expression you wear, I'd quite manage this quite contently as well.

While I understand that tensions are running high at the moment, and for good reason, this has gone entirely too far. I had been under the impression that the armadas had different goals, but were not directly opposed to one another. Not only is this a violation of our trust and our freedoms, but it casts aside all those months of cooperation and good will that many of us have put a great deal of effort into!

[He also can't be near the person he's most fond of, but unfortunately, that's a challenge they're already used to having to navigate.]

I'm concocting a small batch as we speak. They are practical rather than magical in nature, but their effects should help to take the edge off for those of us who are used to keeping mixed company in our daily lives. It is a temporary solution, but better than none at all.

i'm more with the magitech than magic or potions. but i am trying to see if there's something i can do. i know back home there's like, uh, tattoo removal? not that i have one back home or am an expert. not sure if that might work here with these. especially since these link to our powers here for some of us. it seems a bit more complicated.

A few of months back, a couple of paladin officers and corsair nobles went missing. Naturally, the armadas blamed each other for it.

It's gotten so bad lately that both groups have started to grab people and have been holding them against their will for some sort of point to be made.

Cloud was taken a couple of weeks ago but Tifa and I managed to break him out.

Normally, I would not necessarily advocate for breaking the law [... out loud, anyway] but in this particular instance I cannot help but worry about how this will affect the economy. Thus, I believe it would be best to find another solution rather than the one that has been put forth so far.
