Hi! My name is Amy Rose, and I've been here for a few months now. I don't want to take up too much of anyone's time, but, I just wanted to thank whoever was kind enough to buy me the cutest little cottage!

[ If one squints, they'll be able to see that she is, in fact, sitting at a small kitchen table in the aforementioned cottage, which is still being decorated given... well. She just moved in. Somehow, she brightens even further. ]

This was the sweetest, kindest thing anyone has ever done for me! I have no idea which one of you did it, but I wish I did so I could give you a proper thank you! I understand if you want to stay anonymous... but that definitely won't stop me from trying to figure out who it is so I can at least thank you in person!

[ Amy's all about a good mystery, too; she's been informed that sometime in the near future at home, she'll have a murder mystery themed birthday party. And this, right here, is a REAL good mystery -- no one even died, so, that's WAY better! Her eyes light up suddenly, as she remembers something else she wanted to say. ]

Oh! That reminds me! Now that I have a real kitchen, if anyone here wants or needs something cooked or baked? I'm your girl! Seriously, it's been MONTHS and I've been dying to cook. So, if you need something done, let me know! Ah, but, I'm deviating... sorry! To wrap things up... whoever bought this place for me? Please don't be a stranger. Given you bought it, you know where I live. And... thank you, so much, from the bottom of my heart.

[He won't right away because it would be more fun for her to figure it on her own (and terrible for Shadow), but if she did have some trouble..........he'd be happy to help.]

The only suspects I have are four of my friends, but I can't really see why they'd try and do something so nice! I mean, I do see because we're friends? But it doesn't make sense because I'm pretty sure none of them even have the money for something like this.

[ Unless it really IS Eggman, but that's unlikely. She hums thoughtfully. ]

I don't think it's Sonic because he can't afford something like this, I know that as a fact. Tails would have said something, Espio is also broke and would have definitely put the money into his own house. Shadow has no reason to do something like this, sooo... I'm stumped.

You could try and find the agent who sold the house. They might be able to tell you who it was, then. Perhaps the neighbors saw someone looking around before.

[ Her eyes light up. Maybe this mystery won't be so hard to solve after all! ]
