Uh... hi! My name's Nico and Sherlock said I should contact you about adopting a Cerberus puppy? I had one back home, well, Father did, but I know how to take care of them. And other hellhounds.

So I was wondering if I could adopt one?

If anything like the Cerebi dogs? I do not doubt that a bit.

[There was what looked like a smile on that muzzle, head resting then right on Turo's shoulder and likely leaning against his back-] This would be Mariposa, she came to Cosmo with her pack many months ago and they made their home here. She tends to stay with me, and some of her own pups still live here as well.

They are a species known as Xolos, far as I could find.

... That sounds familiar.

[But he can't place it...hmm... something to think about later.]

But, you said you're from a world with lots of animals that are kinda mythological... er, well they wouldn't be myths to you, but like, magical? Like Pokemon?

[fractales]

It's possible.

Exactly like Pokémon—I am what is known as a Pokémon Professor, my life is dedicated to the study of them and the world; amongst other things. Of course most of my work is based in the Region of Paldea, but I know other regions as well.

You could say I have decided to use my various skills and knowledge for this world, studying animals and plants.

Oh! Like Kieran then. He's on my crew.

[Humming, Nico kicks his feet and leans back.]

Gotta find something to do while we're stuck here.

Indeed. We are from different regions, but he and I also have a friend in common given their trip to his home town and so on. I am helping him with three Dratini, given they are currently here at Cosmo.

[Healthy and happy, something Turo was glad of. Mariposa was content where she was, head tilted so it was rested just against the side of Turo's neck as well.]

There is quite the wide world to explore, and it is something I have been taking advantage of to better my understanding of flora and fauna to better take care of creatures and people alike. I make medical items, amongst other things.

Huh. That's cool. I wondered where Pasta's siblings went.

[Nico hums, leans forward.]

Are there plants here that heal the divine?

They felt it was a good idea when I suggested bringing the three here to help raise them, and allow me to observe if there were any abnormalities in their health or behavior due to being hatched in this world. As sweet and cute as Dratinis are, they are still Dragon Types and no meant for beginners.

Miraidon has enjoyed their presence as well. [Which, to him, spoke rather well of how the Iron Serpent had adjusted to life here.

There is a possibility given the number of stories I've come across, and outside of those I haven't encountered there were flowers encountered some time ago that has the chance. Why?

Yeah, our crew's most teenage guys, so we're still figuring things out.

[He pauses, deciding how to word it.]

Well... I'm half divine, and back home, if I eat ambrosia or drink nectar, it'll heal me. And there's another demigod here too, so if there's something that heal us if we get hurt in battle, all the better.

Kieran said I'm like Darkrai and Percy would be Kyogre, if that helps.

There are very few adults up to the task of handling Dragon Types, certain families have a history of it however.

[Ah. Interesting-]

You are both welcome to try any of the items I have made from flowers collected from the Nameless Isle's Abyss given how powerful just the pollen from a certain flower is, but I have found certain papers that speak of a flower known as the Gilded Lotus. Very rare, but petals of it are said to have quite the healing property about them.

I'd be be a ghost or dark type, considering my skill set.

[Nico hums, considering.]

I'll have to look at your work when I come over to see the Cerberus puppies.

There is always dual typing.

Aurora Oysters is another that comes to mind, a type of mushroom said to have been touched by the light of eternity in a few writings. I'll be more than happy to allow you a look, and I am sure the Cerebi will be happy to see you.

That'd be great, thanks. I'll talk to my crew and get us back to Elrut so we can check out your place. I'm sure Kieran would want to check on the Dratinis and Pasta might want to check on on her brothers.

Simply let me know when you are there and I can meet you, if you wish. Otherwise you are free to venture around Cosmo, as I said we are welcoming more people in to come and meet the animals—learn a bit more about them as well. I will be able to walk you to the Cerebi easily, of course.

Oh, without a doubt. They are very happy with our Ocean biome, and we even have viewing caves with a few touch pools that the Dratini have access to.
