I suppose I should post this here. People having been saying I should be more confident in myself so...

I guess I wanted to let you know my birthday is coming up soon. So, I'm not too sure how to celebrate it here.

But there has to be something that you have a keen interest in. A hobby, perhaps? Reading, cooking, crafting...?

Oh, I'm sorry, I thought you meant here. I'm about 16 summers old now...?

As for my interests, I do like building penguins and diving into the ocean...

Penguins? I'm afraid I don't know what those are.

Really? Then do you want me to show you? They're birds with wings but cannot fly.

I...I think they're quite cute.

Like chocobos, I suppose.

[At least the chocobos she's familiar with.]

If you don't mind, I'd like to see one.

Not quite like a chocobo. Penguins are much smaller and like to swim in water.

That's Pers. He's a penguin that I built.

Ah, I see. And I agree. He is quite cute.

As you built him, is he capable of doing anything interesting? I know you said penguins don't fly, so I'm assuming he can do other things.

He is a way to enhance my powers. I usually have him as backup should things get difficult. He can unleash a powerful attack once I hit him toward an enemy.

...Although, it means that I have to do a lot of repairs on him.
