I suppose I should post this here. People having been saying I should be more confident in myself so...

I guess I wanted to let you know my birthday is coming up soon. So, I'm not too sure how to celebrate it here.

They also celebrate with friends and family. Is it not the same for you?

Yes, I do celebrate it with my family.

A nameday is an important milestone in one's life. Personally, I don't see the need to celebrate it every year. However, I AM far longer-lived than most. I understand that mortals place far greater value on the occasion.

Mayhap an automaton of some kind or enchanted crystal. I'm not sure. Did you not want to be surprised?

Grand? Ah, when I say automaton I do not necessarily mean a large construct, my dear boy. It would more likely be similar in size to your own companion.

Enchantments are far easier for me to create however. Mayhap that would make for a more novel gift.
