Perhaps. As I said, I've yet to observe anything truly worthy of the title. Every self-proclaimed god that has emerged has been slain by mortal hands.

How easy are your gods to kill?

That would depend on their attributes, the amount of aether used in their creation, and whether or not their mere presence can temper mortal minds.

Not terribly easy, all told. I said they were slain but I never mentioned the price paid to do so.

It's not unheard of where I'm from, but it's not so clear cut when they're really dead either.

Are your gods Creations as well? So long as a single person has the idea of it in their head, they can be brought back numerous times.

Perhaps. Some of them are, couldn't say if it's all.

Well, in any case, I believe a true god cannot be killed nor would it rely upon mortal minds to recreate it.

Everything meets its end one way or another. All souls eventually return to the aetherial sea.

What you consider a 'true god' might be a matter of semantics, then. It sounds like plenty of things are called gods depending on who you ask.

Seems like the idea of where souls go varies just as much.

Perhaps. In any case, that is the nature of 'gods' in my world.

Where do your dead go after their passing?

Different faiths have all different ideas about that. Couldn't say what's actually true.

Maybe none of it.

You have yet to find the answer then. My talent was rather uncommon. It may be that you simply haven't found someone who can perceive other states of being.

I suppose that's entirely possible. Of course, if no one's done it yet I'm not holding my breath. Though I suppose it's equally possible they simply haven't been listened to.

There is that as well. There are only so many prayers one can respond to in a day.

A pity that none of the Twelve are here for me to ask. They styled themselves after gods to collect them.
