It does look like a case of creation magicks gone terribly, though, does it not? Mayhap they were thinking of the horn that the monoceros be armed?

Or they wanted this creature to be "armed" and their thoughts strayed.

Aye. And yet, creation magicks are restricted here. So either someone has found a way around that, or this was a more deliberate construction.

Well, you're welcome to come examine it. It's grazing in a clearing some ways east of the main port on Eltrut.

Some sort of flower. I cannot quite see from my current vantage.

At least that would suggest it isn't carnivorous.

I suppose that is some small comfort. But herbivores are typically numerous. Why has it not been sighted until now?
