No magic. I can say that with certainty.

The arms do appear somewhat uneven though now that I look closer. Slightly different builds and minor variations of skintone.

That lends more evidence towards it being created rather than naturally existing as such.

I must reluctantly agree. But that begs the question of who these arms belong to.

Would you be able to use magic to locate what the arm was originally attached to? Like a scent hound might follow a smell but more magical?
