uhh I hope the bit about magic is right at least

So far it has proven it understands how to use tools and has climbed a tree (and fallen from it). All of its arms appear to be slightly different as well which suggests some sort of chimerical beast, yet I see no obvious seams from physical experimentation if so. The beast doesn't appear to be inherently magical either.

I would not be surprised if a rash of disappearances are reported soon. Unless someone is concealing some miraculous limb-growing device or magic here.

I see. From that alone, one might suspect yet another alchemical abomination. Do you recall those that plagued us in the past? I had thought that chapter closed... and yet, here we stand.

Still, I have never seen a creature similar to this. Its form is wholly unfamiliar.
