[The camera was moving, held from behind as it had been passed over to Turo's Iron Valiant-

A room could be seen, cleared away save for a few items that the small expedition team had brought back; just a few items that almost seemed similar to technology found in Nilatast, but the design of it almost softer, more colorful in some ways; inspired by various art styles. Most of the items broken of course, and weathered by being covered in snow and ice for so long. A few torn blueprints, and more.

There was a board of sketches visible, some of various buildings and even one of a tall bell tower.

Other displays that weren't just set up by Turo himself.]

Just there—Ah.

Well, hello and good day to everyone.

[There was a small wave, Turo's head tipped a little so he stood without blocking view of the others. Just behind his shoulder, a mischievous wisp could be spotted before flitting off.]

As some of you may know, there was a small expedition back to Ainomiad's tundra to visit the shrine and place that crystal orchid that appeared after Winterstide. Well, upon placing it there we... may have awoken Animoiad—which caused a wail that broke down a wall of ice leading towards a much larger open space. Walking through what was once a forest we discovered an entire city that was much the size of Nilatast.

Frozen in time, and great loss of life frozen in place.

[There, Turo gestured towards Emet.]

[ Emet-Selch picks up where the professor has left off. He's standing beside a crude projector that is connected to his shellphone and it's displaying the photos he's taken of the journey, from the approach to the interior. In this setting, more than ever, his outfit makes him look like an academic lecturer. ]

There were many frozen bodies along the way we took to reach the city. The way they were left suggests a battle had taken place, or some manner of slaughter. The majority of the residents were killed as they fled and froze where they died. Others, however, were caught as they tended to the dead, which cements our belief that a great magic was wrought to preserve the scene forever as a moment of great tragedy and grief.

[ Although the fact that it was magic at all was probably obvious for anyone merely looking towards Ainomiad. After all, an entire mountain encased in ice whilst the forest remains as usual isn't natural.

Emet-Selch swipes through the images on the screen as he continues: ]

As we progressed, odd shadows took over the dead and attempted to stymie our expedition. I'm not certain if they were the remnants of those passed or some other malevolent force attempting to interfere, but in any case... We reached the city without too much trouble.

The professor and I discovered a museum which contained something I believe will interest some of you.

[ The pictures now show old, decrepit displays of what anyone could recognise as a world map. However, it looks nothing like Escordvi's current maps: these ones show far more landmass, proper continents, not islands borne on the backs of leviathans. ]

I did think it odd for a world to exist entirely on the backs of living creatures. And here we have proof that it wasn't always so: there were continents once. Whether they were fused to star's crust or not, I remain unsure. If any of the leviathans were present during this time then it would behoove us to ask them about it.

[ He crosses his arms now and looks towards the others. ]

There is something else, but... Mayhap you would like to speak of the belltower first?

[Turo nodded, gesturing towards a chalk board that he had sketched out a rather detailed depiction of the Bell tower, a few sections drawn separately; such as using colored chalk to depict the stained glass windows all the way at the top.

One could also spot that wisp again, moving about the board here and there.

Beside those was a detailed drawing of the bell itself; engraved on it were some starts, symbols that matched those of the bell tower, but the biggest was the plesiosaurus-like figure that was diagonally wrapped around it, from tail tip to nose.]

It was rather clear from the outside that this tower held some importance,[He couldn't say aloud that there had been a literal feeling in his core about it.] only reinforced when Shadow and I came upon it and found the door barricaded from the inside. Upon finally entering... well, we came upon the frozen bodies of those who had given their life to protect this tower from invasion.

With the aid of a music box's melody- [Gesturing to the decorated music box rested on a desk just to his side.] -we found that the bell reacted to the music box, reverberating with the melody itself. Magnifying its reach and creating colorful lights once we got it ringing.

When struck in time with three specific note, the symbols of which are on the bell itself, it caused
much more of a light show that pointed into four different directions. It can be assumed that in those directions are four more bell towers.

Interestingly, despite being non-functional, there was an elevator built into the tower. From what I could tell this city holds technology on par with that on Nilatast.

As much as I am going to make it known a better prepared expedition to return needs to be planned for, there was certainly something dangerous beyond those shadows and the forced walking dead.

[Here, Turo gestured towards Sherlock there in the back, the helper with the shellphone walking closer so more details of the detective's clue board could be seen.] If you would expand on that.

[ Sherlock, the entire time, has yet to face the camera. He focuses on the clue board in the background serving as a visual summary of the information being being present. Various sketches and photographs connect with written notes using threads which crisscross over each other like a web.

He waves a hand towards some images of an ice dragon while still not turning around. Some of the images are blurry photos, others are sketches, and in the corner of one sketch, there is a rather comic depiction of the snake that clearly shows the artist's thoughts on it.
]

There was a gigantic snake that could rapidly swim through the ice as if it was water. Its presence also brought an immense amount of noise, though it is unclear if it was a product of its movement or something akin to a roar.

[ Sherlock snaps his fingers to recreate the snake as best as he's able out of light. It's life sized; it's huge. ]

It appeared to have some control over light as it could create copies of itself or perhaps jump from image to image of itself in the ice. This creature is highly dangerous.

[ He goes to pin another thread to another note. He's clearly more interested in putting together patterns and leaving the lecturing to the others. ]

[Briefly there was the wisp blocking the camera's focus, even as Turo spoke. He wasn't missing a beat, however.]

Highly dangerous, and incredibly fast despite it's size. Sherlock and I managed to escape it with the help of Miraidon and Iron Valiant, while the encounter Emet-Selch and I had was very brief given it lost its surprise once we managed to get the lights within the museum working.

Still, as I said it is incredibly fast.

[Turo finally appearing as the wisp had moved after having its fun, just briefly, as he made gesture towards- well, some might be quick enough to catch the glimpse of shadow in a costume to mimic the appearance of the ice creature.]

If you would please demonstrate that for us, Shadow.

[Shadow ears twitch when his named is called, but he doesn't appear on the visual. He's seems content just standing off to the side, arms crossed and looking at Turo, questioning if he's serious. The headpiece of the sea serpent outfit he's been made to wear, drooping slightly.] Is the costume really necessary for this....?

Visually, yes, given the length of it. [Turo at least was keeping the camera from turning for the moment- even if the wisp could likely be seen enjoying itself.]

You can take it off the very second you're finished, you've my word.

[He groans quietly while the Wisp nudges him. For a moment, it seem like Shadow wasn't going to do it, but then there's suddenly a golden blur that zips across the camera. And then again. Maybe someone will catch a long tail this time! Eitherway, he's going too fast for anyone to properly see him in his full sea serpent greatness.

After another lap or two, he eventually comes to a halt, his back to the camera as sparks come off his body. His quills humorously poke out of the makeshift costume, but it is clearly, an artist interpretation of the serpent. The wisp floats over to him, flipping in the air and cheering. Shadow of course, doesn't realize he's still on camera as he turns his head slightly to look unamused with the wisp.]

Thank you, Shadow. [Certainly matched up to what was requested— Valiant would at least put up the box for that costume to be dropped into off camera at least.

As he spoke, and with just a nod from Turo, given it could help, Emet-Selch would bring up a memory crystal to once more show the ice snake-dragon-creature as they had seen it within the museum. This thing was moving that quickly, and as Sherlock had shown and spoken of earlier was capable of making identical copies of itself in motion.]

Just that, despite being a far greater size. Fortunately this creature did only attack once, but it is certainly a danger to keep in mind—I do strongly believe we should go back, even if it will take time to prepare for that given the terrain and cold. The shadows in the ice, and who knows what else could be within the rest of the city. Elevators in towers, electric lights, remains of computers even in homes. [His hand paused over a perfectly round and clear ball made of either glass or crystal on the table of items brought back.]

Ainomiad's people, this frozen city sealed within a mountain of ice. There is more to find.

[Attention turning, some apologetic smile-]

Anything else— Sherlock, Emet-Selch? I believe I have covered the bases I wished to, and will of course take questions from any who message in to elaborate or touch upon what I haven't.

[When it was clear that there was nothing more to add from the others—]

Well, as said already, questions are welcomed.

[ Emet-Selch will be contemplating the photographs of the museum's architecture post-recording. He can be addressed in-person or via shellphone message.

He does have memory crystals which show his perspective of the expedition for those interested in watching. ]
