TWO TRUTHS AND A LIE

There have been a lot of riftfarers arriving lately. It seems like there have been more arriving than usual. So many different kinds of people from different kinds of worlds with stories to tell and experiences to give.

A little game has appeared on the shellphone network in hopes of getting to know just a little more about these otherworlders. You might find it on your shellphone as you’re scrolling through one day.

Tell the world two truths and one lie about yourself. And let others try and decipher which of the three is your lie. If they can guess right, perhaps you’ve been able to make a new acquaintance. Or in the least learn more about someone from another walk of life.

Sometimes a guy's gotta eat, Izuku. It isn't my fault they can't stop a cute girl from sweet talking them into giving her free food or buying stuff for her. Besides, I'm perfectly honest while doing it. The occasional mention of leaving my wallet at home isn't a lie. :P

[He'd argue that if they're giving it away for free, it isn't really taking advantage of them. But since he actually likes Izuku, he'll chalk it up to agree to disagree.]

If it'll knock you off your soapbox some, I only do that when I gotta save money, or flat broke, and only ever go out to eat for special occasions or for something quick or when I don't wanna cook. It's not like I do it every day. Heck, I haven't even done it here!

Those might be legitimate reasons but I still don't want to see a friend have to use something like a gender curse to ask people for food, Saotome-kun. I don't think that's fair on both sides.

I do mean it, though. If you're ever in a situation like that, I'll buy you some food. Please just ask me!

[Usually when he does something wrong, or even when he doesn't, people tend to hold all accountability solely on him. Kind of refreshing to have someone see both sides.]
