TWO TRUTHS AND A LIE

There have been a lot of riftfarers arriving lately. It seems like there have been more arriving than usual. So many different kinds of people from different kinds of worlds with stories to tell and experiences to give.

A little game has appeared on the shellphone network in hopes of getting to know just a little more about these otherworlders. You might find it on your shellphone as you’re scrolling through one day.

Tell the world two truths and one lie about yourself. And let others try and decipher which of the three is your lie. If they can guess right, perhaps you’ve been able to make a new acquaintance. Or in the least learn more about someone from another walk of life.

It's especially strong if someone doesn't say or express their emotions except through very small movements! I know someone who can raise an eyebrow and have a whole room bowing to him!

I will call that his superpower from now on.

So no one has the same quirk as anyone else where you're from? There must be so many interesting powers, in that case.

In most cases, yes. Most quirks are one of a kind or at least differ in the details. There are so many different kinds of quirks, I could go on forever about them...!

It's such a powerful quirk for him to have. I've felt just how strong it is.

What is your quirk if you didn't inherit your father's ability to breathe fire? If you don't mind saying.

I'll be sure never to underestimate a facial expression.

My quirk is... I can augment my strength. It means I can use it at different percentages if I need to. I can be strong enough to save someone from falling rocks or I can open tightly sealed jars.

That sounds like a wonderful quirk! You can use it to help people.

I have the quirk to grow and heal plants.

That's what I try to do, yeah. Every day, I only want to use my quirk to help people. To be a hero!

A quirk that helps plants heal is amazing! Healing quirks are usually incredibly rare. Do you get to use it a lot?

I've healed a few, but I've tended to several gardens.

Daqiang has many flowers that he's gathered since his arrival here, and now he has a little flower boat to put them on. I'll add more of my own by buying some seeds. All the gardens I tended to were back home, but if you ever want help with starting one, please call on me!

Ah, that sounds very cute. I've never been that great at growing things myself but I have been trying to keep some alchemy-based plants and herbs in garden pots lately. I think it's going okay but I'd hope they'd grow... faster?
