This should work, and I'll tell you now if anyone tells my dad about this, a wrench is gonna meet your kneecaps. [Yes, she's serious about that, she's sharpening her wrench, kupo]

Anyway, if you know my dad Cid, his birthday is in a couple weeks, on the 7th. I'm still getting my bearings here, but if anyone knows a good place on the neutral island to pack in however many people he knows and is friendly with, we've got a party to plan!

If you're looking to fit as many people in there as you can, I think the Minstrel and Cask has the most space of anywhere that has a kitchen and bottles on hand. They have a lot of regulars in there, but I think you'd have enough time 'tween now and then to ask them to set a space aside for you.

The big old snail's neutral, too. I've heard it's good for the loud, flashy kind of parties. Not been there myself, mind. Couldn't recommend any places.

I don't know him so well. Did some work with him when I first found myself here, that's all. I didn't know he had a kid.

Oh, the big old snail is another one of these islands. Nautilus, I think it's called? [ Close, but not quite. And Naughtilust is not the kind of place he would be recommending to someone's daughter if he had any more of a clue what the place is than 'they have parties'. ] It's a whole island for entertainment, as far as I've heard. But the Minstrel and Cask is here on the turtle. It's got a decent amount of space, and it doesn't get too rowdy 'til nightfall.

I bet he'd remember you anyway, that's just the type of person dad is. So you better come by with bells on!

Ohhh, I thought it was a pub or something. I'll still look at it [once she sees what it is though... maybe not] but a rowdy place if we MAKE it rowdy would be fun, I think. A birthday party should be fun!

So long as it's you and yours making it rowdy, it should be fine. The Minstrel and Cask can certainly handle a little noise, so long as nobody's breaking things.

Then again, I suppose if things were doing to get broken. From what I know of you and yours, you'd be the best folk to have on hand.

As many bells as you can fit! I'll bribe you with cake if I have to though, everyone likes cake at a party, right?

And if anything breaks, you can bet we'd probably fix it right then and there, yep. Just takes a bit of elbow grease and some tools. Might take a bit if it's something real complicated, but as long as an axe doesn't break something... or the axe breaks...
