Anyway, if you know my dad Cid, his birthday is in a couple weeks, on the 7th. I'm still getting my bearings here, but if anyone knows a good place on the neutral island to pack in however many people he knows and is friendly with, we've got a party to plan!

Hmm... I know there's bars and taverns there that probably hold special events if someone make reservations and all that. But that screams 'long day of hard work' rather than celebrating someone's birthday with their friends and family, so prolly not. Other than that, I got nothing. Sorry.

However. While I am not much of a party planner, if you require funds or assistance in keeping him occupied, then I am able to at least offer that.

If you're looking to fit as many people in there as you can, I think the Minstrel and Cask has the most space of anywhere that has a kitchen and bottles on hand. They have a lot of regulars in there, but I think you'd have enough time 'tween now and then to ask them to set a space aside for you.

The big old snail's neutral, too. I've heard it's good for the loud, flashy kind of parties. Not been there myself, mind. Couldn't recommend any places.

But the Minstrel and Cask is here on the turtle. It's got a decent amount of space, and it doesn't get too rowdy 'til nightfall.
