[The feed starts off with nothing but Denji's face crowding the camera beaming a toothy grin until he finally props the shellphone up against a nearby tree before stepping back a few paces, flashing his signature peace sign followed by a teasing wink.]

What's up everyone! Been awhile since I've talked on here but I'm back with some sick news!

[Turning away from the camera momentarily the teenager whistles loudly with a wave of his hands in front of his face. A few seconds of silence filled the air until the sound of a dog barking fills the void as the massive Irish wolfhound practically tramples him, quickly knocking the boy off his feet as it begins to lick his face furiously. Ensuing laughter following as he gently pushes his newfound companion off him patting his head, a wholesome smile filling over his features.]

Check out my new doggo! He's fuckin' huge, eh!?

[His furry canine barking on cue at the praise whilst Denji picks up a stick from the ground and throws it into the shallows of ocean, his pet rushing off to retrieve it instantaneously.]

I saved him and a bunch of others from this rich asshole's island that me and Eustace raided awhile ago! The rest are safe and sound at the animal sanctuary if anyone wants one too!

[The wet dog comes back with the stick between its teeth, tail wagging happily before shaking its fur of the excess water causing Denji to throw his hands up defensively.]

Aw c'mon dude!! Oh yeah, I almost forgot the other reason I'm here...What kinda name should I give him? I've just been callin' him doggo for like a month now. If anyone wants to meet him we're at the beach in Eltrut right now or you can hit me up later! Peace out!

[Denji blinks wide in confusion at the suggestion scratching his head in utter bewilderment. Sorry Midadol he's never heard of King Arthur and the whole sword in the stone legend as an unlearnt idiot.]

Sounds pretty badass but...what exactly is an Excalibur, Mid!?

Least, that's what I think. He's gotta have a strong name!

I do like the name though it sounds real tough like.

Yeah, why not! Torgal fights with Clive, though he doesn't use a sword, just his claws and teeth from what I hear. Just make sure you teach 'im to not wildly slash at people, eh? Wouldn't want 'im to slash yer kneecaps by accident.

When I first saved him we kinda fought together! This guard was gonna shoot me in the face but doggo bit them in the nuts so I could hack the guy up real good with my chainsaws! We became a great team right off the bat!

[Clearly it was destiny that Denji took the canine in as his faithful companion after the ordeal. Sure he wasn't really the best when it came to naming conventions but that's why he was asking for help!]

I'll only sick him on people who deserve it don't worry about that, Mid!

[Giving her a thumbs up as he beams a confidant smirk.]

See? Perfect! Ye already make a good team! Like Clive and Torgal you are. I bet you could ride 'im into battle!

[...oh. Mid goes quiet for a moment; there's clearly some brainstorming going on.]

What if I made 'im somethin'? To use in battle I mean? I guess it couldn't be too heavy or anything, but somethin' to take out baddies at the knees?!

[Ohhh her eyes are lit up and her mind's going at about a hundred malms an hour.]

[Curling a hand tightly into a fist bringing it in front of his person with a snarky grin, Denji chuckles out unabashedly followed by an eager nod of his head in agreement.]

Hell yeah we are!! That would be badass if I could ride him into a fight but...I don't know if I'd be too heavy in my devil form.

[Which begs the question now if he'd actually told her about his other side which he was able to transform into whenever truly necessary. However; The thought immediately leaves his train of thought as Mid suggests some sort of means for his canine to wear into battle that could render his adversaries immobile in an effort to attack their legs.]

Now that would be super wicked, Mid! Like some sort of weapon that can cut the shit outta them?!
