[ The video post starts up to reveal the faces of the Hamada brothers, along with what looks like a red suitcase beside Hiro. Their location isn’t anything special, just somewhere inland on Elrut right now, but the elder brother is smiling anyway. ]

Hello everyone, I’m Tadashi Hamada and this is my younger brother…

[ Tadashi motions to Hiro. The younger brother waves, smiling, and turns his gaze from Tadashi to the phone. ]

I’m Hiro! And this… [He gestures to the suitcase next to him before purposely pulling off a plaster from his knee. His ‘ow’ in instinctive response activates the robot inside, causing Baymax to inflate and turn on, introducing himself with a wave. ]

Hello. I am Baymax, your personal healthcare companion. I was alerted to the need for medical attention when you said ‘ow’.

You’ll be seeing Baymax around one or both of us often, so we wanted to introduce him and ourselves. I’m also interested in finding out if anyone had a temporary charging solution seeing as how I haven’t come across a power outlet anywhere yet. [ Tadashi holds up the power cord on Baymax’s charging station for anyone who hasn’t seen anything like it before. ]

Yeah, I’m not sure if the technology here is necessarily compatible—at least, not without some adapting or figuring on our part. Baymax is the priority. Even if it would be cool to actually use my handheld, it won’t die on me eventually. Tadashi and I were both pretty good with tech back home, but this might take some adjusting.

[ Hiro says, a puff of air from his sigh shifting his mess of bangs before he raises his hands in reassuring Baymax that he was fine given the robot approaches and wants to check him over. ]

On a scale of one-to-ten…

[ Tadashi chuckles as he moves to end the video recording for the post while Baymax tends to Hiro. ]

Yup, I'm Hiro! Wait, what were you telling people about me?

[Hiro pouts at Tadashi, nudging his older brother in the ribs. Of course, this is hardly the first or likely the last time that he would have someone commenting on his age or height. People often were. Given he was usually surrounded by others so much older than him.]

He can tape himself up if he deflates and needs to cover a hole or something. Baymax is just designed to look cute. Huggable, as Tadashi put it.

[But at that last. Well. Hiro can't help but look a little nervous there.]

Armour? Why would he need armour? Baymax isn't going out fighting or anything....

[Look, he has not entirely come clean to Tadashi about everything after the showcase. That he made armour for Baymax, suits for himself and their friends.]

[ Tadashi's laugh comes from Hiro's phone. ]

Oh nothing much, just that you were an inventor too, and that you were probably somewhere in the casino getting into trouble.

[ Is Hiro really surprised that his brother talks about him after the first meeting with Honey Lemon? ]

[baymaxing]

You just automatically assumed I was getting in trouble. Like I don't know how to behave if I have to sometimes. Such faith. I'm really feeling the love.

[But somehow, especially after Honey's reaction to finally meeting him? Nope. Not surprised if Tadashi was talking about him to others here already.]

Hey, I had enough faith to let you be on your own, didn't I?

[ So just a little trouble, but not like finding Hiro in some alley about to be beaten up after being a large scary man kind of trouble. Really, he's still just teasing. ]

[baymaxing]

You know I'm not four anymore, right? You can leave me unsupervised sometimes.

[Can he though? After sewing GPS into Hiro's hoodies and finding the tinier nerd about to get pummeled by Yama after hustling him at bot fighting? And ending up in jail? I mean.....

Tadashi has fair reason to try to keep an eye on the kid.]

You'll always be my little bro, of course I'm going to worry about you when we're in a strange place.

[ Tadashi hadn't seen any bot fights, and he doesn't think Hiro has his bot - but this world has all kinds of things that they could both get into trouble with. ]

[baymaxing]

I'm fourteen. I'm not that little anymore. You worry too much.

[Or. Maybe just the right amount. So says the kid who always runs headfirst into trouble that Tadashi worries too much.]

Hm, I'm not sure I do.

[ He ruffles Hiro's hair. Just wait, he's going to put trackers in Hiro's hoodies here too. ]

[baymaxing]

I haven't even done anything here.

[Yet.

But still. Tadashi has a decent record of supporting the idea that Hiro sometimes gets himself in over his head. He'd have straight up walked into the ocean without Baymax to stop him by grabbing his hood, let alone Tadashi coming in the nick of time to save him from Yama. So some alternative to the GPS tracker is probably not a bad idea.]

It's not always worrying about what you're going to do, Hiro.

[ A casino where people were stealing items, all Hiro could have done was walk into trouble. He will definitely be looking into tracking his brother, and maybe even one for himself. This place seems a little more dangerous than their own world. ]

[baymaxing]

So not just me then. Good.

[Wait. Was that good? It isn't like Hiro is completely innocent here. Given his past. His boredom after finishing school and all. Given his age, he's not used to casinos, but at the same time, nothing happened. It was fine. He was fine. But Tadashi is not wrong that they barely know anyone here yet. Don't necessarily know all the details of this place, the people here, the situation. Yet.]

[She can hear Tadashi laugh and it makes her snicker a bit at the two brothers.]

Nice to meet ya Hiro! Even if it is over this phone thing. I'm Moroha!

[At least she's the same age and maybe close in height to you. She's just gotta tease a little though.]

Why would Baymax not want armor? You never know what could happen. Maybe Baymax wants to fight and heal! Just let it punch stuff. It could protect you...that's kinda like taking care of you too isn't it? Think about it!

[This is coming from Moroha though. She loves to fight.]

Moroha. Alright. Yeah. I guess this is kinda meeting? Sort of? [It's video, so at least he can see her? And some of the others have have responded. So it's something. Not quite the same as in person but still.]

That's....some logic? I guess?

[Hiro says, glancing to Baymax with a look. As if to tell Baymax not to say that was basically exactly what Hiro had said when he started on the quest to find the microbots to catch Callaghan. When he first made the suit, he programmed Baymax to be able to fight.]

[Have a very flat look. She huffs a little.]

I take it back until I find you in person then! Also it is logic!! Armor is really cool! Maybe if you actually tried it then you'd figure that out. Baymax looks like it wants some armor!

[baymaxing]

No. I get it. This is a kinda meeting, but not quite the same as in person. As for the armour. He's a healthcare companion. So I guess Tadashi hadn't figured, considering that?

[Hiro doesn't want to let on that he actually already had made Baymax some armor. And himself and his friend's suits. For now, he has yet to tell Tadashi, so he is trying to keep that quiet.]

I got a strong nose! I'll find you so we can meet in person.

[She's going to come after you Hiro]

Healthcare whatever, you could talk to Tadashi about it. But you sure seem a little meek to me.

[baymaxing]

Meek? Nope. Hardly.

[He just. Is still kind of adjusting to social situations. After years of being bullied or the like because of his age and being moved up through the school system because of his smarts. So he's still learning and figuring this out. For all that, he has made friends back home. Through Tadashi.]

You sureeeeeee? Coulda fooled me.

[She's mostly teasing here. Hiro seems interesting enough though. Its funny how different but similar siblings can be from eachother.]

[baymaxing]

I'm sure. If you don't believe me, just ask Tadashi about what I got up to back home.

[Baymax helpfully tries to point out that Hiro had done -- something or other. Hiro leaps up and places his hands over the robot's mouth. Trying to silence or stop him, quiet him. Probably because there are things he doesn't want Tadashi to hear.

[She's just watching this happen because it sure is something. Hiro is pretty jumpy. She's not sure why or what exactly but it's clear something is going on. She's really curious to what Baymax has to say now too.]

[baymaxing]

What? No. Nothing.

[The most suspicious. The least subtle. But. Well. He's trying for now to figure out the best time to come clean and talk to Tadashi about things. Let alone on a network like this.

Of course, Baymax asks.]

You areeeee! I can tell! Cornered mouse demon....like a rat that's be caught. Hiro is the rat. Hey Baymax! You should figure out what Hiro's hiding!

[She calls to the marshmallow bot as if she can rile him to her cause]

[baymaxing]

I'm not a caught rat?

[But Hiro's hands are still covering Baymax's 'mouth'. As if that would stop the robot. However, Baymax does seem to gather Hiro's intent that he should keep quiet. And he seems to respect that. In spite of his usual instinct to answer any and all questions.]

I do not think Hiro wants me to say.

Yeeeeeahhhhh that's not suspicious at all.

[She gives another flat look to them both.]

It's fine, keep your secret. It'll probably come out eventually anyway. Not my business I guess.
