Hello everyone! For those of you I haven't met yet, my name is Azul Ashengrotto. I'm a mage that arrived here about a month or so ago, and I'm happy to announce that I have been able to acquire a workspace that will allow me to provide my unique skills to help any and all unfortunate souls that are in need of assistance here.

[With that, his tone changes to something more business and showmanship like as he begins doing some gestures with his hands, a swirl of a golden glow between his fingers that takes the shape of a quill that he points towards his work table, where several brightly colored vials are now shown to be sitting--]

Are you in need of something that promises clear and smooth skin, or luxurious silky hair? Or something that packs a little more punch in the form of an enchantment to make you physically stronger, capable of lifting twice, or even three times your own weight? Or perhaps something that will allow you to temporarily become a merman capable of swimming within the ocean? I'm more than happy to entertain any and all requests anyone might have here in regards to any wishes you have that you want granted! There are very few things that I am incapable of brewing, enchanting, or crafting a spell or potion for.

As for payment... [There's a pause, before he sighs.] Well, I don't have a proper business location set-up yet like the one I had back home, so any donations that would help contribute to the future of that, or helping me out with a few favors from time to time would be appreciated! I'm still new here, after all... as such, I'm still getting used to life here and would thus be grateful for any help in that regard.

Otherwise, if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask! I'll do my best to answer and provide for any and all of one's needs while we are here.

Normally it would be the latter as that's the kind I've made before, but I can certainly look into creating a potion that takes care of it in a more permanent manner if that's what you'd prefer.

In the meantime, however, I can set you up with one that can be taken on trips until I've created the perfect solution that will remove the problem entirely, as I'd rather you have some kind of medicine that can help, even if only temporarily, rather than nothing at all.

[It all depends on what the other man is willing to offer as payment, but Azul isn't just going to come right out and say that...]

If the latter is something you're already experienced in then I can take that. [Even with seasickness cured Alhaitham doesn't plan on taking to the sea much still anyway. It'll never really be his thing.] Let me know how much a batch of them costs. I'm willing to pay so long as the price is reasonable.

[As much as he would like a cure he's also not gonna let himself be ripped off. His experiences with Dori has given him more than enough reason to be cautious around merchants that are so wholeheartedly offering their services.]

[Ah, this person is actually smarter than most of the customers that Azul ends up having. But he's not keen on making enemies too quickly in this place, so he can be amicable about this particular request.]

Of course. Will this be considered a reasonable payment amount?

[Azul proceeds to send a number for what he hopes is a reasonable amount of dubloons as an offer here, enough to cover the cost of the ingredients he needs for making it, and of course a little extra to go towards the future of his business.]

[A bit of time passes as Alhaitham figures out himself if the amount seems fair. Given the nature of this world the economy can't exactly be said to be stable, but it functions well enough for everyone to live their day to day lives.

From what he can tell, the suggested amount is sliding close to the pricier side, but if this person is confident that their concotion will work, Alhaitham can afford to pay a little extra, especially seeing as they're also getting capital to get something started up. Still, its a generosity that he isn't going to give so easily.]

I'll pay eighty percent of it first, with the other twenty once the efficacy of your product has been thoroughly proven to me. [So basically, while he's willing to cover the cost itself, he isn't going to fork over the actual profits until Alhaitham himself is satisfied.

Surely that is a compromise that should be fairly agreeable, especially if they work as well as they're claimed to be.]

[Azul may be a shrewd businessman that occasionally dangerously crosses the border into scam territory when writing up the deal for what Azul gets in return, his products do in fact work. He wouldn't be able to get any business otherwise if he provided faulty goods.]

That works for me. I'll get started on preparation then, and I will message you as soon as it's ready.

[Not having to suffer seasickness everytime he's forced to travel via boat is going to be such a lifechanger.]

[Give or take about two days after his previous message, and Azul will send a new one.]

It's ready. Just tell me where to go and I can bring it to you, or we can make arrangements for you to pick it up from my workshop here.

[It doesn't take too long for Alhaitham to respond, and when he does its an address to a certain cafe Azul would have heard from a particular architect, along with a time.]

I'll be there around that time so long as its open. In the event I'm not around, just leave it with the proprietor. He'll know what to do.

And thank you once again for your patronage, I appreciate having you as a customer! Whenever you are in need of any more seasickness potions, or anything else that comes to mind, please don't hesitate to ask.

[As Alhaitham will discover, the potions do in fact work perfectly, even if it is only temporary. Works fast with no seasickness to be experienced if taken before getting on the boat, and will last for the entire duration of the ride until arriving back on shore.]

[As promised Azul will get his initial payment of eighty percent, and after one test run to see its effectiveness for himself he will pay the rest, clearly satisfied with the results.
