[so maybe you're just browsing the network, minding your own business, when a new message pops on the screen. let's see, nothing out of the ordina--
what is that. no, really, Angel doesn't show himself on the network that often, so either you've seen him around, or you haven't. for those who haven't, he's a very tall, lanky, spidery-looking dude, with pink fur and pointy teeth and strange eyes. he has two (visible) sets of arms, and legs, on top of that! yeah, he's a real piece of work, this one. fortunately, he's not here to bother you about magic. he's here to bother you about other things]
Sup b- er. Pirates!
The name's Angel, an' I got a little survey thingie I'm conductin'. Like, the most informal survey ever, okay? Lemme tell ya, I've been here a little while, an' it amazes me when I hear about other worlds different from my own. It's incredible, like, a lotta you go through stuff I couldn't even imagine.
My question is, out of all the people you've talked to, which world do ya wanna visit the most?
I'll go first! [as cool as Angel usually is, it's obvious he's passionate about what he has to say] This kid told me about a world with little animals or monsters, or whatever, that are called Pokémon! There are a whole bunch of different species, an' I wanna meet 'em all! [wait. he calms himself] ...They don't have cats or dogs, but there are Pokémon for those, I guess. Sounds fun, right?
So, what about you, huh? Lemme know about other worlds you've heard about while bein' here. Or tell me about your worlds. I just wanna see if anythin' beats Kieran's Pokémon-world.

[Yes, boring answer, he knows.]
As for my world, it is not that dissimilar to this one, at least in terms of the types of people that can be found in it: humans, merfolk, beastmen, fae, and so on. I currently attend Night Raven College in order to study to become a great mage like that of the Great Seven that are spoken of as the most legendary mages our world has to offer.

So... ya do magic?
no subject
Yes, that's right. I can craft just almost any spell, potion, or item that can be used in order to benefit any who are in need! My services back home involved running a lounge and consultation office in order to grant the wishes of any customers that came to see me... and while I may not have the Mostro Lounge completely set up here yet, I am still willing to help anyone in need of assistance here in this place as well until I can return home.
no subject
Oh, that's pretty neat. So you're still able to do sh-- stuff like that here?

[he's grinning despite the minor scolding]

[A pause, before he does concede--]
... Within reason, of course. I will not assist in anything that would result in lethal or otherwise serious injury to myself or others.

As such, for those who have actually tried to ask for this type of request, I had simply gone to talk to whoever it is that my client is so keen on dating, and asked whether or not they are interested in my client. Or even asking what they would want that would convince them to see the potential in my client as a dating partner.
[... He may or may not have just bribed people to say yes to dating a person for a few weeks tbh. It's not his fault that his clients didn't read the part of the contract that never said anything about making their relationship with someone permanent...
But also, he sure did just dodge that question about changing what someone looks like or whether they should be happy about who they are or whatever.]
no subject
Huh. I see. Well, it ain't my business to know what ya do in yer own world. I'd be interested in seein' some of yer "magic," though.

[Since this is video, he can do a demonstration as he looks around at his workshop desk here he's sitting at, picking up a couple of stray leaves from a plant that he proceeds to hold up his magipen up for to generate a breeze that was previously not there in the room to allow the leaves to hover in the air... before he then has the leaves suddenly develop a layer of frost in the spot where they are hovering. They still stay there, hovering in the air, before he then waves the pen a third time and the icy leaves proceed to burst into flame, burning to ash.]

Well! Ain't that somethin'? I can't control weather, or anythin' fancy like that. I guess the element I was given was metal. So far, I'm able to lift screws an' smaller things without touchin' 'em. But I'd really like to... I dunno. Bend a metal bar? Make it so hot it melts into somethin' else? Stuff like that!
no subject
[Usually, it's the more technologically savvy students in the Ignihyde dorm that would probably be the best people to ask about magic with metals, but none of them are here. Alas.]
no subject
Weeeeell, I'd be happy t'show ya what I can do. Practice makes perfect, an' all that. Maybe we can hang out sometime, an' just work on magic spells together.
[...never in his life did Angel Dust think he would say something so silly. and he says a lot of silly stuff]
no subject
[... Ah.]
I just realized, I never did introduce myself, did I? My name is Azul Ashengrotto, and it's a pleasure to meet you, Angel-san.
no subject
[it's weird to be addressed with respect like that... he doesn't deserve it!]
no subject
Oh, is that so? I'll try to remember that, then.
no subject
Thanks. Anyhoo, we can meet up soon, whenever you're not busy, an' I'll show ya what I can do. It ain't much, but it's somethin' I've been hard at work practicin'.
