I've eaten some questionable food, but never.... BUGS.

Bugs aren't exactly pleasant anyway, but as food? That's almost an actual crime. I'd try someone for that if I were a brightlord, and if they had any power here.

Those are shrimp. (I'm surprised you haven't seen one here yet.) Shrimp are a kind of shellfish. They're related to insects, but they're their own thing, and they live underwater.

Bugs can make for a decent meal in a pinch and some regions have a few specialty dishes. Bigger they are, the more meat they have. Even the carapace can have a unique crunch if seasoned well. Just have to beware of any poison if they are the type.

I would hardly qualify something with this many legs 'tasty', if they were still alive they'd crawl down my throat. That sounds less than appetizing. I'd rather eat the small chulls than that.

They're not bugs. They're a good source of protein with a flavor that's a lot like a sweet chicken. I'd say to at least try it first, but I think you ate a few in the bouillabaisse you had when we first met.

But if not a fan of the outside, the inside can be quite soft and juicy. You just need to have it prepared right. Some dipping sauce also helps.

Bugs usually have many legs. These have many legs and beady little eyes. I can't imagine the crunch or... anything about this, really. How in the world does it taste good?

A relation would make them at least somewhat bug-like, therefore, a bug. They look incredibly like cremlings, and I certainly don't want to be putting those in my mouth.

Squirmy, crawling cremlings. I cannot imagine eating them. These look too crunchy. Too many legs.

I've had little difficulty with anything else beyond spicy food, but I draw the line at something that could feasibly be a bug. I'd rather eat a plate of the spicy food I had when I arrived here.
