In all seriousness, if you're looking for a place and you ask the question, I think they do have to disclose it.

If you don't care about that kind of thing, it might lower the asking price.

I guess it depends on what it's haunted with. I assume it's people but it could be haunted by a fuckton of cockroaches for all we know.
