Good day, everyone.
[An easily polite opening, Turo carrying the phone in hand, just getting a shot of his head and shoulder—]
My apologies for being on low contact for a while, even thought some of you could still easily find me at Cosmo Conservatory animal sanctuary. There was a... much needed break taken, one could say. Not that it was completely filled with rest.
[—some could likely recognize Dojima sitting on the floor within view, Mariposa walking up beside the man and setting one of the wiggly, squeaky-noise making puppies right into the man's hands. More than one in view as while Dojima was playing with them, well.
In a short amount of time the detective was simply on his back and at the 'mercy' of Xolos puppies just starting to get their paws under them. Iron Valiant carrying a few clean blankets simply stepping over/around it all easily.
Turo focusing the camera on himself, a very sleepy Xolos puppy cradled against his chest -a few white spots on otherwise black fuzz- with a loose lavender 'ribbon' around its neck. Could possibly count 8 puppies in total.]
Mariposa made sure of that. Once they are a little older, and house trained, these little ones going off to a less crowded home may do them well; and do not worry if you do consider it, this breed does do well around other animals.
Do feel free to stop by and visit in person, or simply ask over this.
[Despite that Things Keep Happening™ there, at least this had been a brighter spot.]

[Delicious baked goods from a bread making grannyah, and other baked goodies from a bearfolk wife with her foxfolk wife.]
You could, and they would have some very good company to run around with. I do believe the Xolos pack still has those guard-dogs rescued from some man's island with them. [So much doggy time.]
Which would be wonderful to share indeed, they are something 'popular' even at home if I recall correctly. [The m e m e s.]

[ Careful, she can eat a lot of snacks. Feed her once and he'll be stuck with her. ]
Bet I'd wear them all out and still keep going. One day, Red's gonna have to expand his Conservatory with all the animals needing a good, safe home. [ Maybe Avalanche crew will have to get a island to hold it. The Conservatory has been going for about year or so now and they talked about it back then. ]
We could start "good boy/girl" dog, "sassy cat", and "too curious Pokemon" meme trends.

[Turo had this bad habit of feeding people, given the habit or carrying around that food-hammer space lunchbox he had here. Kept it good and fresh-]
Not too terrible of a thing- simply means you get to lay down with them, they are very good at snuggling when sleepy after all. Very true, given the ultimate goal is to expand as much as needed whenever we have enough funds for it; they deserve safety as much as anyone else. [The way Red had spoken of the dream to him was why Turo offered is help with Cosmo; being the 'human hands' to sign things while still ensuring Red kept control as he wanted.
Rather proud he got to help at all.]
There could be the weekly "Rate that Critter", or any number of other memes. As fun to create as to share.

Mid-day puppypile nap sound good. Haven't had one of those in a while. Doesn't your crew have an island? Could be worth trying to introduce some of the animals to various crew islands as new native wildlife. [ The ones who would do fine living off the land again. ]

They are rather good to have, peaceful in a way. We do, and that is a rather good idea- we've quite a bit of wildlife that makes it home and they are used to the others that come there with me. [What's a few puppies to some plantimals-]

This should be something we offer at the Sanctuary. Like when people offer donations! There you go. The Sanctuary could be just a temporary home for some of them that would do better going back into the wild. [ Reintroducing them back to a place they could be completely free and safe. ]
Yep! I bet most people wouldn't understand a lot of the memes anyway.

[That has taken time and research. He was at least certain he knew now, and had found substitutes- but more were never unwelcome by the sound of his tone.]
Most certainly, and remain a safe place for those that would not be able to survive such a reintroduction- I know that we hope the young whales can return once they are healthy and have grown a bit more. [To the ocean of course, but the idea was there and reminded him of them.] I can also take a better look at the island to know which animals could do best there, thrive without pushing any other creatures to a point it would be hard for them.
[The 'animal' scientist shining through- and wanting the best for all creatures.]
True, but all the better for them to learn in a way as cute as this.
