Calligraphy? Writing with a quill is not so different than a fountain pen. While I do not know if it will be "swirly" enough for your means, I believe I could manage.

( just as promised, karlach shows up to the cafe after just about an hour. while she isn't entirely sure what she's looking for, she thinks that she'll hedge her bets on the dapper gentleman who brought writing instruments to his table.

karlach herself is incredibly noticeable, not just from her impressive height of over 7ft or deep red skin but because flames dance eternally along her skin and hair. )
