[Hiro is out on the Island with Baymax. A much larger Baymax, or at least, he looks it, wearing new armour. Hiro is clearly the one recording as he turns the camera from Baymax to himself.]

It's ready! I think. I'm pretty sure. Doesn't he look awesome?! We can probably fly again! Baymax, test out the rocket fist.

[The camera points back to Baymax in the armour. The fist that isn't connected to the shield/barrier at his arm comes forward, and he aims it, firing it and showing that it works, to Hiro's delight. Hiro whoops and leaps in his excitement.]

Okay. Now flying.

[Baymax activates his rocket boots, showing that he can hover and control it before he goes higher, doing a circle above Hiro before landing again.]

Yes! Yes! This is awesome! It works! It finally works!

rockets in the boots. the prototype of that i made a few years back for my cat. these are the same idea, just. bigger. and with the armour. i did have to make some adjustments with the magitech here, and upgraded the look more.

i thought it would be fun. wanted to see if i could make them. plus, you should have seen tadashi's face when he woke up and saw mochi!

well, his programming means that baymax can't actually hurt anyone, but. i figured at least this way, he can help keep me or anyone else safe. so i did add programming some martial arts into a chip for him.

You made yourself a bodyguard then. It seems like he'd be able to do a lot to keep you safe.

yeah. poor mochi's been putting up with me forever at this point.

exactly! i told him, he wants to keep me safe and healthy, right? so. fighting!

I bet she loved you any way.

Fighting isn't always the healthiest way to do things though.

yeah. she does. even if she blames me for her stress eating donuts.

maybe not. but it isn't like i'm the one fighting. and baymax is programmed not to hurt anyone. i just figured some of that stuff might come in handy.

Why is Baymax programmed that way? How did you manage to do it?

well, most of the original programming was tadashi. his work, and his research with doctors and stuff, i guess. i just kind of added to it? tadashi was working on him for university or whatever, before he died and i accidentally activated baymax again.

And sorry to hear he passed.

my older brother. there was a fire, at the showcase for people trying to get into his university. he ran back in when he heard that one of the professors was still inside.

I'm really sorry. Losing someone so important and close to you is always rough.

yeah. i didn't take it too well. but i still have baymax. and aunt cass. my friends at university. plus my friends i have made here.

That's good, having a support group I mean.

yeah. it is. i haven't been alone.

[notatyrant]

yeah. it is. things have changed, but. trying to make the most of it. as best i can. kind of hard to really get stuck on things when i have baymax around.

everyone does. eventually. i still miss him. it just....gets easier over time. i'll get there.

I know you will! And I don't think you'll stop missing him. It'll just be less sad.

yeah. something like that. at least, keeping busy, distracting myself helps. gives me something else to focus on.
