[Hiro is out on the Island with Baymax. A much larger Baymax, or at least, he looks it, wearing new armour. Hiro is clearly the one recording as he turns the camera from Baymax to himself.]

It's ready! I think. I'm pretty sure. Doesn't he look awesome?! We can probably fly again! Baymax, test out the rocket fist.

[The camera points back to Baymax in the armour. The fist that isn't connected to the shield/barrier at his arm comes forward, and he aims it, firing it and showing that it works, to Hiro's delight. Hiro whoops and leaps in his excitement.]

Okay. Now flying.

[Baymax activates his rocket boots, showing that he can hover and control it before he goes higher, doing a circle above Hiro before landing again.]

Yes! Yes! This is awesome! It works! It finally works!

Yeah? I guess I try to help where I can. I'm just aware others here seem to have extra abilities or powers or whatever. So it doesn't feel like I can do as much? I dunno.

[His thing was tech. Science. Making stuff. Or, repairing. He's trying to help out where he can with that sort of thing around here, at least. It's just a matter of figuring learning more about the magitech here.]

Haa, yeah. He's actually got a non-threatening, huggable thing going. I just made the armour recently.

[He says, gesturing as Baymax comes out of the armour and gives a wave when he sees that Hiro is talking to someone on the shellphone.]

[ohhhh... Percy grins a bit as he sees Baymax come out of the armor, and waves at him.]

He's definitely got a marshmallow thing going. Makes me want to build a fire and roast some, honestly.

Right? That's exactly what I said when Tadashi showed him to me. Walking marshmallow. He's just got that look. I figured it worked. So I kept it when I rebuilt him.

[Hiro says, chuckling. He's not the only one who has compared Baymax to a marshmallow. Sorry, Tadashi, but it is a Thing. As adorable as the big guy is. Baymax introduces himself.]

Hello. I am Baymax, Hiro's personal healthcare companion. If you are going to have marshmallows, please eat them in moderation along with lots of fruits and vegetables.

he blinks as Baymax speaks up then, raising his eyebrows.]

Mom never was that great at getting me to eat my vegetables. Don't know if you're gonna have much luck, either.

Baymax is a healthcare bot. He has to at least try to remind me to look after myself. And everyone else, for that matter. So don't mind him.

[He says, chuckling as he nudges the robot with his elbow. Baymax simply glances down at him, then presents his hand. Apparently thinking the tiny nerd wants a fistbump? Which Hiro gives him.]

Fistbumps too? I know some people who'd love him.

Hey, I get it. I'm just not gonna lead the guy on that he's gonna magically get me to eat my veggies, that's all.

Yeah. I taught him that, and now he's added fistbumps to his caregiving database thing, apparently.

[Hiro chuckles, shaking his head as Baymax says something about needing to eat healthy to avoid getting sick or something along those lines.]

So... that means we definitely need to add some more stuff to his cultural knowledge. You know, so he can be a better caregiver.

[Percy please. he also ignores Baymax, finding this conversation with Hiro much more interesting.]

Sure. What else were you thinking? Fred's already been teaching him about uh, villains and comic stuff? I programmed some martial arts. And taught him to fist bump.

[Plus, of course, the healthcare programming from Tadashi and the medical professionals he had worked with. Baymax listens, blinking.]

If it will help me to keep Hiro healthy and safe, I want to learn.

I believe Harlem is one of the areas in New York. I am not, however, aware of it shaking. Do you mean there was an earthquake?

[Hiro chuckles, not seeming surprised that the poor robot is taking this literally. Given the misunderstandings he has already dealt with, trying to explain to Baymax that sometimes things are just something you say, an expression. Not like someone is literally having a heart attack, for example.]

Does the 'fistbump' not count as a 'secret handshake'?

Well yeah, it's a place in New York. But it's a dance, too. Pretty easy, when you get the hang of it.

It can, but a secret handshake can be cooler, too. Like a combination of different ways to give each other like... high fives and stuff like that.

[Hiro chuckles, raising a hand for Baymax to high-five. The robot does know that!]

A dance. I see. Is this dance important, that I should add it to my caregiving matrix? And this secret handshake?

Definitely. It could be a treatment for someone when they're feeling down, or something!

That's just as serious of a condition as anything physical.

Yeah. Like a fistbump, right bud?

[Hiro smiles at Baymax and the robot nods. Because, yes. Mental health is also important!]

That is correct. Mental health is a key component of someone's health. Not just physical. This is why I was supporting Hiro when he had suffered a loss, reminding him of the importance of being surrounded by friends and loved ones.

there's a blink at Baymax's words, and he doesn't know if he wants to ask too much about the loss. he does have tact, sometimes...]

So then we definitely need to upgrade some stuff to help people's mental health. But I'm glad you care so much about him, big guy. Everyone needs someone.

He already downloaded stuff from my computer's internet back home about loss and mental health. It just -- you know. Was missing some things like the fistbump.

[Because that was more....mm, casual? More situational? It was just a thing Hiro and Tadashi did, and he then taught Baymax. He hadn't really thought about it in terms of Baymax's caregiving aspect. But Baymax nods in agreement with Percy.]

If you feel I need to be updated with more information to my caregiving matrix, I will ask Hiro. I want to effectively help and support Hiro and everyone here. Hiro is not alone.

[Hiro nods. Probably a little too enthusiastically, and reaches for the red one that Baymax holds up in example, quick to unwrap it as the robot glances at him. At least Baymax seems to let that slide, allowing him that, even if he usually will comment on Hiro's being unable to sustain a diet of gummy bears.]

Mm. You might need to refresh me. But it'll be fun, right, Baymax?

[Baymax glances from Hiro to the device. Why does he feel like he may regret this if he had feelings? Still, he nods.]

[he nods enthusiastically, even though he knows damn good and well that's usually only reserved for kids. but hey, he's catching what Hiro's putting down here.]
