[There was a loud purring, Dapplewhisker's face and the pokémon inspired catnip toy she had in her mouth. Turo moved the phone back to show that the large cat was draped over his shoulders; with of course Mariposa -with a few of her pups that were still with them- running around, following in behind Dojima there in the background as the man was gathering a few last small items into a box.

The room was... empty, walls bare.]

Ah, I just wanted to make a quick little announcement for those of you familiar with the apartment where Dojima and I have been living—we will no longer be found here.

We are actually moving, as you can probably see and guess, to a house. It will be closer to Cosmo Conservatory for ease of travel, given how much time is spent there between us as is. A much bigger space as well, which will be nice.

[Ah, home ownership—]

Oh, my apologies. It was just that you mentioned your funds, not his. I had assumed you had taken on all the responsibilities by yourself. Clearly, I was wrong and made a bit of a fool of myself.

[Then she mumbles, more to herself than to Turo, but it's said probably a bit too loudly to be a proper self-whisper.]

And apparently, not the only thing I was incorrect on.

You are alright, Miss. You have my word, because I can see where such an assumption can be make, and I often speak more for myself and my doing than his when it comes to that. No fools made here in my eyes, and you were quick to ensure some clarity was made.

Most often do not attempt that, and it can be brave to make that effort.

[Tone carried clearly that he meant every word of that.]

Jill, if you may. I haven't behaved in a manner befitting of such an honorific in quite a long time.

[She might accept Lady Jill, but even then, she's more apt to correct that in the same way.]

I've learned how to atone for my lapses in judgement over the years. There's been a lot to apologize for and while not all parties are open to accepting it, I am glad to hear you do. Perhaps Lord Dojima will extend the same grace to me.

Jill then, and that can be understandable. Much here changes, but I do hope that even with that you have been alright here.

[Even if only recently speaking now, Turo still had that habit that was, well. He cared.]

It can be quite the journey to learn that, and a difficult one. Knowing him he may very well do so, but I know also that saying such is one thing and the real relief and assurance comes from hearing it from the person themselves.

I've had my moments, some more recent than others, more shameful than anything. No one has held any of it against me, so I am grateful for that much here, even if this place has questionable happenings.

[You know, like rifts no one knows how to control, animals gone wild, islands turning into bread, so on and so forth.]

I may have to ask that you extend my repentance towards him for me as he seems preoccupied, if that was him filling those boxes?

This world has caused quite a few interesting things to happen, that is for certain. I am a little grateful, as some of those are what has found me in the place I am, and happiness come from even some difficult places. Despite it, it is good to hear you have those around you here.

[So. Many. Things. Happening. Was an embarrassing one that did help bring he and Dojima together- especially embarrassing for Dojima.]

Ah let's see—the season where we visit the dragons' island, they have this event where those courting are often coaxed into showing strengths to plunder treasure from a guarded castle, or rescue someone they are courting from a dragon watching and to be fought. I ended up having to be rescued once. The festival has been quite the fun time with that as well.

[He enjoyed the sharing of their culture, but also just... the floating gardens and swamps were places he had spent hours simply studying plants.]

Dapplewhiskers certainly knows how to do that, and I am glad she is making sure not to forget the newest toy I made for her.

[The purring could probably still be heard, she wasn't moving.]
