[There was a loud purring, Dapplewhisker's face and the pokémon inspired catnip toy she had in her mouth. Turo moved the phone back to show that the large cat was draped over his shoulders; with of course Mariposa -with a few of her pups that were still with them- running around, following in behind Dojima there in the background as the man was gathering a few last small items into a box.

The room was... empty, walls bare.]

Ah, I just wanted to make a quick little announcement for those of you familiar with the apartment where Dojima and I have been living—we will no longer be found here.

We are actually moving, as you can probably see and guess, to a house. It will be closer to Cosmo Conservatory for ease of travel, given how much time is spent there between us as is. A much bigger space as well, which will be nice.

[Kaveh laughs brightly.] I can send you some images of the things I've done here, but if there are specific touches you or Mr. Dojima want to replicate from your home worlds, please let me know and I can incorporate them no problem.

What would come to mind is spaces for books; I tend to keep copies of various ones, along with just notes and sketches or journals for my own work. I can of course have Dojima send anything later; he is making sure we don't forget anything. [While young dogs are underfoot, and Bundle-] I do appreciate it, truly.

You'd hardly be the first library I've built here. Your collection's in good hands, just let me know how many you already have and I can make sure there's room to grow.

Quite a few already, but at least I was able to split some of it between what was here and what I can keep at Cosmo-[Some sizable number given... well. He Likes To Research and Then Some™.] so there could be more boxes if I had not done that.

Then I am most definitely in good hands, and already know I can trust your skills as well. I am used to having certain spaces blend homey with work; back in Paldea there was even a lab blended with a den.

I think I'll leave your lab specifications to yourself, a man's workspace is a personalized thing.

I have a few ideas already, but I'll wait until I hear from Dojima to get started. Now, there's one more person I need to ask some opinions from...

Of course, I can blend that myself, just the space needs to be prepared for that and I can work with near anything to that.

[He'd done so in the apartment, and within his 'office' of the medical building after all.]

I will not be surprised if he'd be happy with anything but- ah, if nothing else I can show you pictures of things I have drawn from his descriptions of home. I did so given I designed and built a kotatsu table as a gift to him last year.

[Kaveh reaches the room he's heading towards, and turns his phone around again. To an absolute wonderland of cat furniture. there is a cat tree that is floor to ceiling and shaped like a palace. The built-in cat bed is big enough for a Nanaki. The is SO much room for climbing. Shadowlily is the most spoiled princess in the world.]

Dapperwhiskers, I might not have this much space to work with, but what do you think?

It is a table that also has a blanket with it, for those cold days to keep warm as well as together. Some also have heating units for days the blanket will not do. It is something more to the Kanto Region's culture—ah, Dojima is from a rural town in Japan.

[Of course Dapplewhiskers had been watching Kaveh through the camera almost eagerly, a swish of that tail and there was that Prrp! from around her toy again. Those big ol' eyes-]

I believe she finds that as something wonderful, and we may be able to dedicate a room if needed. We would have the space to spare for it.

I'm guessing those regions are a lot colder than Sumeru?

[Kaveh laughs at Dapplewhiskers excited chirp.]

[It was understandable enough given the snowy region that was part of Paldea; so was a desert but hey.]

They are, yes. Some months far colder than others depending upon the season as well.

[Turo scritched just a little underneath the cat's chin.]

I will be sure to send that to you, unless you've time to come and see what there is to work with.

[Honestly? Likely a good thing this had been text or Dojima would know why Turo had to duck into the next room; not for double checking for the odd trinket or bauble of theirs, that's for sure.

You have my thanks on that congratulations; the larger space will be welcome for the both of us. I am not sure of that, despite how long we have been living together.

(Turo might have noticed that they've been avoiding talking to him in person--no unexpected visits, only shoeing up in certain parts of the Conservatory when they can't sense any minds reacting to his presence--but they make no mention of that, acting as though nothing is amiss at all.)

It is a common progression of events. I cannot explain the reasoning for it because there does not seem to be direct cause and effect, but it happens too often for it to be merely chance.

I suppose many people take moving in together as a step in preparation, so it is something of a pattern indeed. I will admit we were living together to some degree even before we were together as well.

Simply fell into place like that when we met.
