Warnings: Swearing/General idiocy/etc. Both callmekacchan and heir_conditioned might be responding. I'm under the weather so I may be slow and pre-apologize.

When the shellphone post revs up, it's someone mid conversation putting said shellphone down for one reason or another. "--ave to, Bakugo. Eventually everyone has to."

"Can't convince me of that. What you can convince me of is you going and fucking yourself."

"...Why would I be able to convin-"

"Shut your mouth, shut it and keep it shut."

There's a long silence and a frustrated groan/sigh combo, somehow defying the sounds from being separate. "Say what you were saying."

"Why would I be able to co-"

"NOT. THAT ONE, MORON. BEFORE THAT."

"Oh."

"Ughh."

"You have to, Bakugo. Eventually everyone has to."

"Gimme one good reason."

"Having a broad spectrum of friends."

The person speaking next makes a noise that's supposed to emulate a buzzer, "Hard pass."

God that's even worse than a regular pass. Hmm... "Being able to reach out to more people in general?"

"Not on your life, keep trying."

"Networking...?"

"For what?"

"To bring more people toget-"

"Nope."

There's another sigh, this time just a regular one and it's from the first of the two speakers.

"Because if something happens and someone needs Dynamight, how will they know to reach out to you if they don't know that you're capable, willing and able? Through Midoriya and I? They will reach out to us and us alone. I think that would be a disservice to themselves and to you, you're an accomplished hero and I think people deserve to learn that from your mouth."

A small silence yet again. Something that when the next speaker speaks up finds him less animated and less uninclined.

"...Whatever. I don't care. Set me up with your friends or whatever."

"I only know a few people he-- Oh. Huh."

"What?"

There's rustling and obviously they're getting closer.

"I must have hit the broadcast."

"YOU WHAT?"

"I must have hit the broadca-."

"IDIOT!"

"Ah, Hello. This is Shoto Todoroki. If anyone can hear me. Please meet one of my best friends Katsuki Baku--"

"--NO."

There's a grabbing noise, scraping the phone before the feed ends.

No, I get it. I'm that way to.

[Maybe not as loud, angry, or explosive, but Roxas can certainly get there in the right circumstances.]

Maybe that's what he's after right now though.

Maybe, he's still just in the other room so I don't know. I'll ask him after if he wants to be alone. I don't think so though, not yet at least.

He just. Doesn't seem thrilled by the whole thing, is all.

[At least, that's Roxas's take. Based on the yelling. He's trying to throw Bakugou a bone.]

[Shoto is, unseen, at least looking back again at the place Bakugo stepped out to type or talk his own conversations in reference to this mishap.]

I think that's how he is most of the time. He's very short spoken, but most people are. Being blunt and to the point isn't always so bad.

Not really, but some people don't seem to like it.

[He shrugs. It doesn't really bother him all that much, being a bit blunt himself.]

So, were you..trying to find a way to hang out, or something?

[Shoto will never understand why blunt and to the point aren't defaults sometimes. He can understand it most of the time much better than flowery language. Like 'hang out', he had to learn that one a while ago too.]

Yes, I wanted to help him meet new people.

Well, if he's not up for the network, maybe you could set up a place to meet him?

Might be easier in person or something.

Oh... Did you mean me? He's in the next room. I enjoy spending time with him already, I'd like him to meet new people. Maybe he could meet up with you one day, you seem nice.

Well, not quite. I meant like, find a park or something and invite people to hang out there. That way everyone can meet in person.

I'd go if that was the case. I like making friends.

[No. No he can't. He can but it's edible and that's what can be said for it or its presentation.]
