Congratulations to the both of you on this step in your journey. May it be one of many you share together.

I know naught of wedding customs among those here. Are there any rules of ettiquette to be observed by those who attend?

Honestly, Clive and I don't hold fast to many particulars of civility. I suspect it would be hard to expect any while surrounded by pirates, really.

All we ask for is your presence and no taste-testing of the cake before its served.

An easy enough task. I only need not consume anything ere it is offered to me by another.

Are there people who make a habit of breaking things at public gatherings?

Do you need someone to guard the establishment to keep the people who break things out?

Considering the company this land tends to keep, I would say there is. I've had my fair share of encounters that resulted in the like.

If all goes as planned, there will be no need.
