I hate to ask this but is there anyone around who can help me? My arm should be somewhat okay so would anyone be willing to spar with me? Just enough where I can get my arm moving again.

If moving the arm is the aim, would creating a number of targets for you to hit suffice? I cannot match you with a sword, but I could easily create a number of targets for you to focus on.

I can create light projections with my magic. You won't feel any physical feedback as your weapon will pass through like it is air, but again, if movement is your primary concern, then this could provide an opportunity for the both of us.
