I hate to ask this but is there anyone around who can help me? My arm should be somewhat okay so would anyone be willing to spar with me? Just enough where I can get my arm moving again.

If moving the arm is the aim, would creating a number of targets for you to hit suffice? I cannot match you with a sword, but I could easily create a number of targets for you to focus on.

If your arm is still recovering, sparring may not be the best option at the time. You may risk damaging it further.

I've also needed to recover quickly after an injury before, [mainly a doctor insisting she not move, but Miriam insisting just as loudly that she needed to do that thing] so I understand that.
