I hate to ask this but is there anyone around who can help me? My arm should be somewhat okay so would anyone be willing to spar with me? Just enough where I can get my arm moving again.

We can certainly manage that. I've had Mehrak spar with young kids before, she should be able to keep your injury safe.

Can you meet me at the cafe? We won't spar there, but it's the best way to get where I'm thinking.
