I hate to ask this but is there anyone around who can help me? My arm should be somewhat okay so would anyone be willing to spar with me? Just enough where I can get my arm moving again.

When throwing a punch? Tuck your thumb into your fist, not over it. When punching, hurting you hand is a big risk, but that keeps your thumb from getting broken.

I never knew that. The only person I know who fights with his fist is...a bit scary.

Well, being a brawl fighter means you have to endure a lot of pain, so I can see why they might have a gruff exterior. But you gotta remember the REASON people fight - maybe he actually wants to protect people with those fists!
