Have you ever had to reinvent yourself?

I mean, have to might be a bit much, but let's say you get a chance to, and maybe there's some things you want to leave behind, and anything that could've been stopping you before, isn't.

How would you do it?

It just seems like an awkward conversation to have.

A little bit.

Although, sometimes, it wasn't for the better.

Did it make everything worse?

I'm not sure changing things would be worth it if it's going to cause a fuss.

Yes, it did.

But I know the second time around, it got better. However, it took a long time for it to happen.

Now I'm not sure it's worth the fuss. I hadn't considered the problems really, and it's purely selfish.

But that isn't a bad thing.

I heard that you have to be selfish in order to help others right?

Do you? Maybe. Helping others is what I like to do the most that's why I agreed to...the arrangement I'm now free from. I just didn't understand what the cost was when I agreed. That's not an excuse to be deceiving everyone, but that was my motivation. I just wanted to help people.

I think that's a good enough reason to reinvent yourself.

I appreciate that. I don't know why I'm so worried about taking the first step.
