Yo! I'm- Oh, hang on a sec, lemme just–
[The sounds of the one with the blue eye fiddling with the buttons and grumbling under his breath some light whinging about 'Get in the right angle', before finally fixing the camera issue, showing off the teen in red who, judging from the branches and leaves, is most likely sitting in a tree as he's making this video]
There we go! Where was I... [He gave a soft wave at the camera.] Yo. Name's Ranma Saotome, for anyone I haven't met yet. I dropped in this place a while back and was messing with this phone and noticed this chatlog. I'm not the best with those [Like he hadn't already proved as much], but figured I should drop in and say hi.
[He paused and tapped his fingers against the bark of the tree he's seated on.]
I also wanted to see if there was anyone here who's a fighter who'd be up for a spar. I'm a martial artist, and no one from back home's tried to attack me yet so they're probably not here, but it'd be cool if someone here's willing to go toe to toe with me sometime. Don't want to get too rusty on this kidnapping-slash-vacation.
Anywho, I think that's all I wanted to say. So... See ya– Wait a moment. [He leaned in and squinted his eyes at the screen. Particularly to the sender ID... The boy's look turned from befuddlement to annoyance.] Actually, there is another thing I wanna ask. How do I change the name on this?

So your world's got superheroes and superpowers. Neato. [Said with the bluntness of a dull butter knife. That's the second time he's heard someone here refer to powers as 'Quirks'. Must be one of Izuku's friends. Why Izuku's friends with the perverted birdbrain is beyond him, but it isn't like he's one to judge friend groups.]
Honestly wouldn't have pinned you for the superhero type. No offense. [Just look at his face! Does that look like the face of a caped crusader touching down to sock some neerdoweller in the face. Though now he's honestly a little curious just what Izuku can do, though he's not going to ask out of respect.] Pretty impressive though.

Oh. I ... Well, I am. I'm in 1-A. Which means I'm in the honours course...
[He doesn't want to seem like he's bragging he just wants to say that he's the hero type even if he doesn't look like it! He's trying. If only he could look as cool as Shoto or Katsuki...]
But ahh it's not super? Just heroes and powers. Most people are born with quirks so I think it's very normal to have heroes and powers around.

[Whether or not Izuku's a hero or a braggart didn't really matter to him. He seems like a nice guy if a bit milquetoast and relatively normal looking. So if he's got super powers, that just makes him more interesting to be around. Even if supers are the norm where he comes.]
Fair enough. Where I'm from, no one's born with powers or strength. Those that are usually aren't entirely human. Everything me and most of the people I've fought all trained to get where we are now. Either that, or some of them'll use magical artifacts or cheap power-ups to try and get ahead without putting work into it.

We did make plans to spar together sometimes, ne? I think we'll have a chance to do that soon enough. Because I would like to see what you can do too.
[Making friends. Izuku can do it! He can't wait to do a little sparing and show off. And to see what Ranma can do.]
Hard work and training can go a long way. Even when someone is born with a quirk it takes a lot of work to keep them strong. Maybe it's not so different.
