TWO TRUTHS AND A LIE

There have been a lot of riftfarers arriving lately. It seems like there have been more arriving than usual. So many different kinds of people from different kinds of worlds with stories to tell and experiences to give.

A little game has appeared on the shellphone network in hopes of getting to know just a little more about these otherworlders. You might find it on your shellphone as you’re scrolling through one day.

Tell the world two truths and one lie about yourself. And let others try and decipher which of the three is your lie. If they can guess right, perhaps you’ve been able to make a new acquaintance. Or in the least learn more about someone from another walk of life.

As for the languages, I was raised in Trinidad, so I spoke Patois and Spanish as a boy, then English. We also used Portuguese there. I have some passing familiarity with other languages: Cantonese, for one.

Ah. Going to go out on a limb and say the multiple language one is the truth then. [If he was lying about that, he wouldn't have gone into that much detail about what all he knew.] I think I remember you bringing up sparring and practicing before somewhere, and capoeira's a pretty specific art to bring up too. Certainly. The island where I was raised is multilingual, so I grew up speaking Patois, Spanish, English, and some Portuguese. I cannot claim to be proficient, but I can also comprehend a bit of Chinese.
